Help calming an inflamed nerve in a hot tooth

I’ve been struggling with this hot tooth but mostly keeping it under control because I want to go to a specialist to get a special type of implant that can be inserted immediately after tooth removal and perfectly mimics the shape and size of the tooth they remove. Unfortunately, a few days ago I was not eating carefully enough and it seems I bit down on a hard seed - there was a hard crunch feel and sound. It’s already badly decayed, but I’m worried I might’ve fractured the tooth leaving the new nerve even more exposed. But maybe I just irritated the hell out of it. It’s a little better than it was at first thanks to constant ibuprofen & ketamine as needed (& I’m on strong opiates for chronic muscoskeletal pain, but honestly, they don’t seem to be doing very much for this, which makes sense because of the type of pain that it is). The pain is a constant throbbing that’s radiating out and up from my lower jaw through the upper jaw and even up to my temple (almost to my eye), but I get sporadic shooting pains from the bad tooth that very overwhelming, and when those get too much, I ketamine out for a little bit.

Obviously, I’m going to try to get it properly taken care of as soon as I can by a specialist but I don’t have a good local dentist - that’s how my tooth got damaged in the first place - and I don’t want to do anything that will prevent me from getting this bioimplant. I’m pretty sure a dentist can just kill the inflamed tissue within the tooth and that should help a lot, without having to do a full root canal. Anyone who knows about such things in detail, I welcome your advice. I really don’t want a screw implant, and I know this whole tooth has to go.

But the real question is, what do I take for this pain? Obviously, I’ll keep taking what’s been working, but I don’t have much experience neuropathy. I have pregabalin but I’m not super functional on it and I need to be able to travel to this specialist in a neighbouring country to get the bioimplant. I’m waiting to hear back right now to see how soon they can fit me in. I recently gave away all my gabapentin so I don’t have any of that atm. But I can get most anything online it might just a few days to a week to come. I’m also open to any natural/OTC remedies I might not be thinking of in my stressed state.

There is nothing that can be done for tooth pain. Nothing. Except maybe rinse with salt water and or aspirin.

Tooth pain is the worst in the world. I was just having discussion with someone about this .....

there's nothing worse. What can I say.

That tooth has to go.

I'm sorry. nothing.

The nerve is inflamed and will keep radiating. I can't explain it. It's very bad.

I hope that you can find something to help your pain ... but there usually isn't when it is ......

tooth pain.

Get it removed asap. And packed.

There are so many tooth situations going on right now irl

Yeah, it’s hell, and I am very familiar with pain. Though it’s still not as bad as the worst constant nausea, at least. I know it has to go. I’m just trying to keep it long enough to get the special implant. I can’t get it pulled right away because it needs to be in place for scanning in order for them to make the implant. I haven’t tried rinsing, but I’m rather afraid since any fluid seems to really hurt. But maybe I just need to get it to the right temperature first. It’s absurdly sensitive to heat and cold as you might imagine. Will give it a go though - you’re right that that could help.

Is it a molar. The implant sounds painful too. But it is the nerve inside the bone like a root.

I will tell you that the bone won't even hurt ever again if it is filled.

But the screw. No. No thank you. Although it has been said that they do work as well.

But the inflammation that the root inside is causing the trouble. It has to be removed

if it is in the root. If not then the tooth is cracked and causing infection.

It has to be repaired, yes. I agree.

I still say its the worse pain ever. I've seen people's eyes swell and tear up. I know.

Are you sure you want this implant ?? I think it may work

good luck. 🤞

Amoxicillin will help with pain and yeah if you are looking for an implant no need to worry about the tooth or root at all..that bitch coming out! Unless it wasn't too far and they can put a crown in. I'm going through the same shit I feel for you! Am Ambisol and benzocaine help a bit too.

Bio implant: my daughter misses a teeth, was not there ever.
Gonna do a search but whats a Bio Implant, can placed without waiting a time period.
Do you have a link ?

Root Canals treatments are outdated and dangerous.
Jaw specialist s do Root Point Treatments to treat this dentists malpractice.
That is long, long, long outdated. A Root Canal is well like a abandoned castle.
Nice place for bacteria to find some living space to multiply.
They still do it though, dentists ?

This is info from the only good dentist i had, a woman who was actually a just graduated
Jaw surgeon, so only dentist while a seeking a job. My luck.
She professionally removed all my toxic Amalgaan with Cofferdam.

Painless without local anesthetics if possible. But painkillers like you get.
Do you live in heaven ? Bio implant sounds new, never heard of it.
Like no dentist/ jaw surgeon any dr here will do pain management.
You suffer on Paracetamol, or buy Kratom/ o-DSMT

So the one doing the implant is a pro.
The inflammation you wanna get treated by your regular dentist.
Of who you feel/ think sucks ? Ask the pro for advise !
And what i don t get why not extraxt it, its beyond repair if i am correct.

Offcourse have the pro do the extraction if you distrust your regular.
Which is imo a wise point of view, 1 of my life times 8 dentist s was good,
the rest sucked or worse. The first was more a NAZI, i was a kid.

He learned me that intense pain can create a natural meditative state.
Not on intention, but a body/ mind reaction.

On a high speed drill non anaesthetised in your nerve, he probably snorted it.
If they used Cocaine, or liked pain and power, or maybe it saved him money.

Lucky guy still alive, as i am a fucking pacifist and feel inflicting pain on him.
Is not the answer, but will destroy my pure brain, change me in a bad way.
But thinking about it is pleasurable, imagine the Marothon Man scene, with the drill.

That fantasy will do. Lyrical artillary is where i draw my line, if you dont touch my kids !

I just hope that neighboring country isn't England.

Yep, it’s a molar. And I know the anatomy. It’s indeed an inflamed root/pulp which is connected to nerves.

This is the implant - it’s revolutionary: https://bioimplant.at/

I think it’s better than my other options. I already am missing the same molar on the other side also due to dental damage (Terrible dentists in my country. Never had trouble till I moved here.), and having been contemplating a screw implant, but I really don’t like the idea. But now the teeth around that gap are getting worn down so idk… either way I need at least one whole side to chew on properly. They’re working on tooth regeneration, but it’s not likely to come soon. First human trial started last September. But it’s not clear whether those in it are missing a tooth due to decay/damage or because it never grew in and that probably really matters. We think that humans have a third pair of dental buds, but it’s not assured. They’ve also been able to create new dental buds with stem cells but that tech is even further out because of all the restrictions on stem cells. It’s so frustrating how slowly everything moves due to regulation. I’m sure many people would willingly be guinea pigs if not pay tremendous amounts to be in such experimental research.

Antibiotics can help at times. It’s not immediate relief but it’s helped me when nothing else worked. Good luck.
Well, I just started taking all my antibacterial stuff (stronger than antibiotics) so we’ll see. But I’m not sure it’s infected and it could be really hard to treat that type of localised infection systemically. I know from managing it this whole time. I was on antibiotics at one point, but other remedies work better. But at that time I had swelling, which I don’t have now.

People with little money and bad teeth would be lined up, especially if it was totally free.

And kill all the good Bacteria in your mout and down stream too.

Maybe use not chemical nuke ati-biotics but safe and healthy,
but most important very selective natural alternatives. There are a lot.
And the good bacteria love em, the bad die. Your gut bactreia love em too.
Anti-Biotics kill em, i walked around years with a absess under my Root Canal.

No anti biotics and still around, never saw a dentist and assistent look like they looked,
atn what the pulled out. Felt to me a s a relieve of deadly burden.

Unfortunately, I live in the woods in the middle of nowhere but yeah, I’ve ordered some local anaesthetics. I don’t really want an implant, but I’m pretty sure it’s my best option. Especially this special type that I should be able to get. Tooth issues suck - I hope your situation goes well.

I chew clove buds for nerve tooth pain.

It's not a magic cure or anything, but it helps a little for an hour or two, until I have to chew more.

It causes a bit of a numbing effect. And when I had my wisdom teeth extracted & was worried about dry sockets, I read that putting clove buds in the dry sockets would help with the excruciating pain. I never did get a dry socket, but I've had nerve pain from fillings & tried chewing clove buds. I found it mildly helpful, similar to using benzocaine or something.

Yes, I totally agree about root canals. My mother developed very severe mercury poisoning from her toxic amalgams. She also had a root canals in basically every teeth and constant problems as a result.

The implant is definitely very new and special , and no doubt going to be very expensive: https://bioimplant.at/

That’s why I can’t just extract it because this special type of implant can only be inserted immediately after extraction. Plus, I’m already missing that molar on the other side and I need one good side to chew on.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a regular dentist because that’s the one that damaged my teeth to begin with. I live in a rural area so the options are slim. I really want to go to a holistic dentist in a city but I might as well go to one in Vienna when I’m getting that implant and get all my work done at once.

Oxythiocynate Ions ?

AKA Brandname 'First-Aid'
Or something else there to many to mention,
this is i expect the most expensive one.

Colloidal Silver, Sage or Ginger.
Enlighten me, the more the better.

For sure! And that’s not even counting all the older people with plenty of money. Did you know that 50% of people over the age of 70 have NONE of their natural teeth left?! Plus our population in the west is so old now.

The antibody IV treatment that they are using in this human trial in Japan would be pretty cheap too. Basically, you just get some injections and then your tooth starts to grow and once it’s grown in bam you’re done. How long it takes the tooth to grow I don’t think we know yet but it can’t be that long. Unfortunately, this also makes me feel like they’ll never let the tech come to fruition because then dentists will be obsolete. Especially the fancy ones who do implants and dentures and stuff. The dentistry industry makes so much money off their toxic overpriced crap. Why would they want a cure? And the lead Japanese researcher has been working on this project since 2005! It absolutely could already be a commercial solution if it weren’t for overregulation and probably the dentistry industry cockblocking his research.

Black seed (nigella sativa) oil, with the highest thymoquinone content I can find - so far that’s been 4%. It’s truly a miracle - it blows everything else out of the water and I’ve been using natural remedies my whole life. The next best other ones in my experience are fresh garlic, boron, oregano essential oil, thyme essential oil, eucalyptus, tea tree & menthol - these last 4 are particularly good for the bad bacteria that cause dental decay.

Have never tried colloidal silver because unfortunately I developed a severe topical sensitivity to it at 21 so I don’t dare try it internally. Don’t think I’ve ever tried oxythiocynate ions, but I’ll look into that.

Its my daughter, money is merely paper.
If necessary i ll wipe my ass with newspapers,
to save money. Sell anything worthy i got, won t steal or con,
but she deserves the best. She is 16, sorry a tear dropped.

Thanks for the link fairnymph :heart6:
