The FDA and the state medical board guidlines in California have basically removed the guidlines and said they were harmful and killed patients and ruined lives.

New guidlines encourage prescribing.

Dea doesn’t give a fuck though, they are still arresting doctors and prosecuting them. So doctors are still terrified despite the medical boards reversing course; they can’t actually implement the reversal because the dea just decided to ignore the reversals and keep prosecuting

Well, I guess they don't care. They have a politcal agenda. They follow it. Government agencies that like to fuck people over never follow science, and if they ever do it's only if it aligns with their agenda. If it doesn't, they go "hey, fuck it, we doing what we fuckin wanna" and that's pretty much it. There isn't much you can do as a citizen when there is a political agenda at play, and there clearly is here. The DEA needs to be disbanded, stripped down to it's core, and replaced with a better system...but that won't happen under any administration...it has never happened under the demos, and it won't happen under the repubs either.

Government likes to grab more power and never likes to relinquish it. Governments 101. Politics 101. Industrial Complexes 101...we live and we learn, right?

i don't know what to tell you to 100% solve your problem, i often struggle with those thoughts myself... something that gets me by is thinking that maybe science will discover something interesting or something will be found from history that's cool and that will be worth staying alive for.. also just the thought that we could find alien life or whatever... it keeps things interesting if having negative thoughts for me.
 
Does anyone with suicidal ideation strongly subscribe to efilist/ antinatalist ideology? My ideation is very wrapped up with my subscription to this ideology.

The only reason I haven’t taken a giant shot of fentanyl in a bathtub of a hotel room is because of my wife, I’m suffering through life for her sake.

But if she were to die first or leave me; there would be no reason to stay here. I would finally have my out. I wish I could change this perspective and have a healthy mind. How do I?
