News Trump reverses menthol cigarette ban

any time somebody responds to criticism of trump with "tds" you can safely assume they mean "i know you're right but it would kill me to admit it. and i can't debate issues on their merits because my argument has no merits. so i'm just going to accuse you of tds, tell myself i'm right and move on."

they are, effectively, synonymous :)

Is Salbutamol also a legal additive again,
so they don t have to feed it via the soil anymore ?

And doesn t Menthol not have the same sort of role.
Making it easier to drag.

And you're a dying salty cunt. How's your marriage by the way? If I'd read this initially I wouldn't have even interacted with you in the first place.
Don t use the C word 🤫,
you ll have to look over your shoulder forever.

Btw this aint not even the Lounge so no curse is allowed or insult.
You don have to read the rules to know that, a bit abunded.
Just because its just normal behaviour.

The rule is back up.

Okay

Fascism is a buzzword and nobody takes it seriously anymore because you've been crying about it for over nine years and it hasn't happened

It's all just a delusion
It's not a buzzword; it's a system of government just like MAGA is, just like liberal democracy and communism.

Perhaps fascism is not accurate to depict what is occuring in the US, but it is very difficult to evaluate such things as they are happening. Hard to see the storm from within it type of thing. That said, the things about fascism that were destructive and concerning seem to be taking place in the US right now. They get called 'alt-right' and MAGA, but the pattern, style, and tone of governance have much in common with fascist, authoritarian governments of the past. There will always be an evolution of philosophies - just as not all democracies operated the same as American constitutional democracy or the roman republic, but there are trends and similarities inherent to how things operate.

I mostly agree with you.

However, I see vapes in flavors like Bubble Gum, Cotton Candy, and Jolly Ranchers.
And I am impressed that a vape company spokesperson can hold a straight face while saying
We certainly are not targeting kids!
Those are flavors I would try and I have been an adult since last century,
What jolly rancher flavors? I would be interested in bubble gum and depending on the jolly rancher flavor.
Vaping to me just seems to have a different aura about it then cigarettes.
They should make flavored weed. Like packs of pre rolled 100mm, 20 to a pack: peppermint, wintergreen, cherry, bubble gum ect..

what part of his trying to override the 14th amendment is about believing in the constitution?

what part of his suggestion, in december 2022, that the constitution be terminated in order to overturn the 2020 election is about believing in the constitution?

The "fascists" want tax cuts and let the Silk Road founder out of jail. The "good guys" already did Vax Mandates ... through fucking OSHA bypassing Congress... and pardoned cop killers. Seems legit.

I did feel the sentence Ross Ulbricht recieved seemed excessive. I've often wondered if the sentence was to make an example rather than reflecting his crimes.

That said, I am told that US law enforcement will often try to do a deal with the defendent with a view to winding up the case with far fewer resources but he did seem to fight every charge and everywhere on the planet, if someone pleads innocence, judges tend to presume that the defendant has shown no remorse.

I guess I'm someone who is nether in the 'lock him up forever' OR the 'free him now!' camp but rather as someone trying to see the different perspectives.

Yes he did. The silk road distributed all of those things, and he ran it. https://nz.finance.yahoo.com/news/silk-road-2-founder-sentenced-233034615.html
I don't give a fuck to spell his name right. Hop off my dick and how about give the other mf his warning for his first comment about dudes marriage, completely uncalled for.

I understood that it was Silk Road 2.0 that was happy to sell such items but not the original one?

I remember it because SR 2.0 was run by a British guy and there were people in the media pointing out that taking down Silk Road had simply resulted in it being replaced by something worse. I may be wrong, but that's how I remember it.

I remember a whole segment in a documentary about how his girlfriend was chill with the drugs but once he started allowing worse shit she broke up with him. He was super into a mega capitalist site where supply can always meet demand. I think he was originally standoffish but once he saw how much money he was and could make, (and once the site grew to an uncontrollable size) he stopped caring. I'm not saying that he directly was involved in the CP, but it was on there if you were looking.

Just saying Trump's the most Libertarian POTUS we've had in a loooooong time. There's zero point in arguing though since one side ignores all the news on the other side. Not that Republicans wouldn't do the same but they don't have that luxury getting liberal narratives shoved down their throats the last few decades nonstop.

I can imagine people dealing in stuff dubious even by SR standards would adopt obstification. I don't know how US law works but UK law is based on mens rea (guilty mind) i.e. the prosecution must prove that a defendent knew or should have known of a given criminal activity taking place within the defendents domain.

I only ever took one look at a dark web site and on the spot thought 'I want NOTHING to do with this' as it seemed obvious to me that eventually they will always be taken down. Have any of the founders of such sites NOT been caught? I ask because I honesly don't know as I don't track them.

It is literally happening and now that it is you won't take it seriously because you're so deluded that you don't care about the definition of how Hitler took power. It's uncanny.
Hitler took power due to the soviet threat and the harsh penalties imposed on the country after ww1

He's been dead since 1945 and he's still in your head :ROFLMAO:

A system of government that doesn't exist in the west

Deporting illegals isn't concerning or authoritarian

The democrats still have a lot of power and they could win the midterm elections
