No meth for today, I decided not to take any this morning. Also, I am not taking any thc edibles today, trying to lower my tolerance just a little bit.

• 2 mg Xanax
• 50 mg Dexedrine
• 450 mg Wellbutrin
• 2 mg Klonopin
• 200 mg Tegretol
• Cereal Milk Vape Pen, tastes achingly good!
• 5 mg Abilify
• 20 mg Valium
• Triple Mango Nicotine Vape
• 4 mg Dilaudid
• a cup of Turkish coffee, this stuff is amazing!

I'll be on my way to my son's soccer match in a bit.

Trying not to think of meth, it's an evil drug that won't leave you alone. Let's test my willpower for today! I'm worried about the fact that my wife kept asking me why I had so much energy yesterday, I don't need any drama in my life right now.

Thank you so much I really appreciate it. Yes, my family, even wife and kids, do not approve of drug use. But you know what, I think a part of the fun is hiding it.

You're welcome and I agree about the fun but cuz you're hiding away from the harsh realities that come with everybody knowing about your meth use will eventually come to fruition

Sad, but true. I hope not, but deep down inside, I know it. And no worries :)
 
This is hard to even remember, and sort of splt up between the time I woke up randomly at 4am and when I just woke up now... But here's my morning pain ritual I'm getting used to:

20mg Fluoxetine
600mg Oxcarbazepine
25mcg Cholecalciferol (that's a mouthful, but they're tiny and I have to split them in half)
2850mg Calcium Citrate
600mg Gabapentin
5mg Cyclobenzaprine
5mg Oxycodone (I now have to split my tabs in half to make them last longer)
500mg Acetaminophen
600mg Ibuprofen
30mg Enoxaparin subcutaneous injection
Coffee
And gonna roll myself a cigarette after this post and limp outside to blow smoke

It's a lot of shit to keep up with everyday. My follow up appointment is in a week, and I don't expect to get shit else, even though I am in the most pain I've felt in my life. I need to talk to my psych doctor to continue gabapentin regimen. I also need to find a primary care in this area, as mine is way back in Baltimore.

For those that don't know, the reason I'm taking all this shit is because I just had major surgery for 3 fractures and a dislocation I suffered in my lower leg/ankle.

But that's about it. I'm kinda depressed honestly about everything. I won't walk for three months, personal hygiene has basically gone out the window. I mean I'm not stinky I have wipes and sponge bath stuff, but I don't remember last time I brushed my teeth. Everything is just so hard to do.

I'm going to keep praying for myself, and for all of us suffering, at this moment it's all I can do.

Morning blueworld

Yesterday I was man down, slept the whole day up till now. Still feeling a bit fragile but better. No idea what from though. Breakie was

25mg methadone
.5mg alprozalam
1mg clonazepam
Few pulls of a Swazi joint.

Next is a long shower.
 
Hydroxyzine, clonazepam, Robaxin & cafecito

Going through opioid withdrawal pretty hard, no tramadol, no hydromorphone. I’m not even taking kratom because I’ve read things how kratom can make antibiotics less effective & I’m on amoxicillin for a week.
If feels weird not having any opioids or even kratom to mess with the receptors. I had to reschedule a few things this week since I’m withdrawing so hard so that’s probs not good like considering in control of my life or whatever
Ay mierda! Que se joda (Que se joda is Puerto Rican slang for ‘fuck it’)

Sounds absolutely awful I'm so sorry to hear that

You will be in my prayers and you can quote me on that

I've had to take care of someone in his situation where they couldn't walk by themselves at all so I have some sympathetic understanding of the situation you're in

This is going to sound cliche but just take it day by day that's all you can do for this

Woke up still feeling the 5 mg of Klonopin and 150 mg hydroxyzine I took last night so that's always fun lol (still only got 5 hours of sleep tho 😡)

But I'm absolutely done taking any extra Klonopin out of my script

The only reason I took five milligrams of K-pins was because my best friend gets a Klonopin prescription and offered them for an extremely cheap price and couldn't help myself lol

Anyway today's cocktail-

1 cigarette and vaping
My blood pressure medicine
25 mg hydroxyzine
50mg butalbital

And that's all for this morning trying to stay in control like I said

I pray all of you stay safe and are at least attempting to stay careful 🙏🏼

What blood pressure medication are you taking? I was on Coversyl + for a year and then managed to stop taking the meds by lowering my BP through losing weight. I got to the point where I would almost fall towards the end of my Coversyl + treatment because my BP was actually too low.

Losartan 25mg twice a day and my health is very good I'm pretty strong and only weigh 150 with like 15 percent body fat and fast everyday since i was 13 and hate sugar and use salt very rarely and modestly

Just super bad BP genetics
