I’m doing a blood test next week to find out what concentration I have left in my blood. I’ll keep you posted.
I think we will feel the effects even after we’re clean. That’s where a positive mindset is necessary in order to prosper. We can’t give into negative thinking, we’ll slow ourselves down. We have got to make progress. No matter how hard it is.
Start by reading a book. 20 minutes a day. Then 30. Keep increasing until an hour reading each day. Make it a habit. Watch lectures, webinars, podcasts.
We need to exercise our brains to concentrate on «boring» stuff, stop playing videogames every day it only makes you slower if you play too much. It messes up your pleasure system being overstimulated. Play chess if anything. Study it on youtube at least. Better brainfood.
You have a point. I think we need to acknowledge that we are not mentally stable, even if it’s a drug induced psychosis. There will be new issues after we heal from invega. What can we do differently? Something needs to change. I know for damn sure I never want to be put back on this shot!
I don’t really understand what you mean by the 126 days effect. Are you under the impression that we are fully healed after the drug is out of the system? Do you think what we suffer from now is psychosis related?
