Well, 3 am arisen in my defense 1 pm now, 60 grams kava, lots v potent ganaja, eyeballing benzo powder atm so no real count but prob 15 mg's Bromazolam.

Laying off one final dose later now.

Ahh I see my friend! I deal with gut issues too , I was on acutane as a young in for acne and it fucked me up lol plus the methodone causes bad constipation if your not on top of it . And I know wat u mean cannibas is only thing stops pain gut pain nausea for me to

Man, finally got to an "on" day with my subs and I'm feeling so much better. I guess it'd probably be a little smoother to just take 1mg every day instead of 2 every other, but I feel like those longer periods without kinda help prepare the body and mind for going without it completely. I'm not sure when, but I guess eventually I will drop to 1mg every other day, and then 1mg every 3 days if necessary, and then hopefully be able to drop off.

It's been unpleasant, but mostly I just hawhat were ven't slept well, and have the runny nose, which imo is one of the worst opioid wd symptoms. I'm kind of annoyed that I have to get off them for this job honestly, because I really wasn't ready. But so it goes.

This is the same thing i take everyday when i wake up immediately. Only time i change it generally is when im adding Dissociatives to the mix. Sometimes i take half that amount of Bupe tho if i plan on having sex later in the day, and will take 50mgs of Viagra an hr before sexy time.

slept like a baby and woke up feeling rested and energized 😁 and I got a good stretch in plus 40 push ups and 30💪🏼 Chin ups

Currently at the tobacco store getting some Marlboro’s and $2.23 of gas 😞 fuckin hate being poor😡

Anyways I’m rambling so far this morning-

3 bottles of water
3 cups of strong black coffee
3 hits of albuterol
Several Marlboro reds
A steaming hot shower (for back pain)
400mg ibuprofen
325mg aspirin
100mg dramamine
2mg clonazepam wafers
10mg diazepam
100mg butalbital

3 bowls and 2 1 gram cones of a strain called Black ice 10/10 indica 33 percent THC 🤤and tastes amazing😍

Gonna add another klonopin sooon and smoke more of this grade A pot 😀

ahh, back in the US and I'm jet lagged and kicking a two week heroin habit.
Woke up, took 2 ksalols and ran for the bathroom.
It started on the 16 hour plane ride, taking xanax, running to airplane bathroom.
Nasty af.

Anyways, I can't get it here. It's only Fent and I don't know the dark web or trust that even.

It's 3 am in California and my breakfast so far:
Xanax, a few bars actually, just two weeks on set me back

just woke up and the last thing I remember I was at a smoke sesh in the middle of the day with my homies to waking up in bed at midnight 😂

While I was over there I was on 4 mg of clonazepam and my friend gave me one of her prescription codeine tablets and I thought it was a 5 mg but it was 30 mg with no opioid tolerance either)

Plus there was a pill bottle in my pocket with 8x 30mg codeine tablets and 11x 4mg tizanidine that apparently she gave me 😁

And I’m still high on the codeine 😴

🤦‍♂️anyways ima stop rambling lol

What is a Codeine 30mg comparable to in hydro, oxy or morphine?

I kind of wanna get some opiates but can't find for sure fent free shit.
