sorry if this has already been discussed. i’ve heard that the pharmacological half life of certain stimulants like cocaine and methylphenidate are only a few hours. is this really true, and if so, would taking these drugs at midday or early afternoon affect one sleep at night. this is assuming they don’t constantly redose or take megadoses.
I’ve heard chronic cocaine users exhibit sleep disturbances, at least according to brain scans for several weeks after stopping. does anyone have knowledge or experience of this phenomena?
