Second Presentation – Dr Michael Winkelman
Psychedelic Entities and Human’s Evolved Psychology: Is “IT” “US?”

a thought on the second presentation
How much of psycadelic entities are psychological manefestations. Can a person who is utterly naive to machine elves still encounter machine elves after taking the correct dose of DMT? If so then I believe the uniqueness of some entities commonly encountered by people from all walks of life stifle the theory that entities commonly encountered by many people from all places are psychological manifestations. Shadow people for instance, although not a psychedelic entity are a very unique phenomenon that are always experienced in a common molded way by most people. The wispy ghost like are most common and are sometimes accompanied by a "hooded figure" and sometimes by the "Hat Man." They always come in the same way if they are present the wispy shadow people are always there and move around, if the Hooded figure is present he will be stationary and positioned in front of the wispy shadow people. If the "Hat Man" is there he will also be stationary and positioned in front of and superior to the hooded figure. As they always present in this manor to whoever encounters them, even to completely naive people, how could this be a psychological manifestation.

Yes, for real.

Here is some info on them

Here is a pretty good representation

Are the beings we encounter in dreams real?

We don't really perceive reality directly. For vision, it's EM radiation being focused by our eyes onto a nerve which translates it into electricity sent to our visual cortex which presents a magnificent, immersive virtual representation of external reality but purely within our heads. If our brain does that normally, it doesn't seem surprising that when functioning abnormally, it can generate abnormal things. I've had DMT entity contact where wasp like aliens commanded me to "tell the world!" before dissolving into a swirling mandala and it is amazing everytime it happens, but I just don't think there is any evidence that these things are autonomous and separate. There could be evidence though, but noone seems to have brought it back from hyperspace yet 😞

thinking about the demon thing a bit,
and it is a reflection of the snarky side of your sense of humor.
it's just you timeshifted sideways,
nobody else,
if you die he dies with you,
he is always with you, and you make him what he is.

the ones I have like that are much more placid or goofy. (talking about snarky reflections of self timshifted sideways and liable to appear on DMT or salvia.)
Wisdom Pupnik. I feel the same way. So good I added it here. :)

Yeah little reflections of inward thinking. On one DMT trip I got yelled at by little tykes, but all it really turned out to be is leftover thoughts of a conversation I had with my father, who was getting on me. But what I did learn is as I became one with the tykes yelling at me, it also showed me to separate myself from that and discern. So little tykes yelling at me, then a higher being (higher part of me) gave me the wisdom to separate and get them out of my space by not letting thoughts get to me. My father is on in home hospice declining, difficult and should have been dead already months ago, but can't let go of finances. So the tykes were getting on me but they were in his inflection and his tone and I realized it was a reflection of the snarkier side of my life just repeating the vibe I had heard.

I've said before the first time I smoked N,N DMT it was amazing, the 2nd time I was slapped by "God" & I am 100% sure whatever I came in contact with was Real but lives in another Dimension, it crushed my Ego to dust.

What I have always wondered is are the beings we come into contact with on Salvia real? Top Hat Man & the Shadow being I've seen before when not on DMT, the shoe man of Salvia space who gets upset you have arrived in his shoe & then wraps you up is something else.

The Shoe man of salvia space? Is this a common thread? Never heard about salvia fairies -- do have 1 friend that liked it out of SOO many and he says he saw a "Burning bush" not a religious guy I had to give him the context lol

Speaking of doesn't "Shadow ppl" worry ya'll a little bit. Maybe it is my catholicism speaking but sounds an awful lot like flirting with beings you believe in -- don't understand -- and have been attempted to be documented (usually in a very negative connotation) for 100s, 1000s(?) of yrs....

I must ask do they appear to be malevolent in any way (Common thread wise)? mental note that is not what I see in ink blots lol

The phenomenon of shadow people transcends multiple dynamics… stimulant psychosis, sleep paralysis and others. From my own experience previous suggestion is clearly not a factor.. I was shocked to read of others accounts of this. The phenomenon is so clear and distinguishable that it is utterly profound.

These entities are fallen angels, demons, dark forces.
Regardless of what they say, or how the experience was, deception and pretending to be "good" or beneficial is their tradecraft.
IMO "aliens" are also fallen angels.

They are everything you all said. Ha!

They are parts of our own inner dialogue as well as totally separate entities.

Yeah, there’s definitely something about Salvia and the hat guy. Has that vibe.

Jackaroe --- No no no that is my whole thing are they "Parts of my inner dialogue" (Totally cool with that) or are they "Totally seperate entities" in which case I put the DMT up with the ouija board in the dumb shit I've thought of doing pile...

Salvia and the hat guy -- shit only time I broke through on salvia I was tricked into smoking multiple bowls of extract as fast as possible "Just keep torching it till you can't hold the bong than I'll take it" -- and I was all too eager. I just had the classic "Become part of the couch" heaviness of limbs classic shite ---- about 10 friends did it only one liked it and he swore he saw a Burning bush -- which I had to explain the relevance of to him. "Alright Moses" --- "Huh"? --- Cmon a Burning bush? --- "Yes and everything just felt right in that moment" ------ Here is a Bible lol.

Really though if these are "Demons" or w/e that are seperate entities from you and not inner dialogue --- that could become a problem real fast. (Remember "Mace" the rapper that cut his dick off on PCP cuz the devil etc?) Just feels like a dangerous realm if these are indeed SEPERATE entities. (NOT SAYING A DEMON CONVINCED HIS ASS but not ruling it out completely either -- what on earth lol I've done Alot of drugs that thought never crossed my mind)

Again my bias is noted but I advise precaution if you truly believe it is not some part of you speaking (ala psychedelics)

it worries me if you really are a biomed tech guy -- shouldn't that be science driven? (Yes I will play both sides of the fence) haha

nah...

A lot more “machine elfs” among trance crew
A lot more “I saw God” among religious folks
A lot more “aliens” among the truth is out there group

and so on

^Makes since -- statistically the best way to avoid demon possession is to not be religious..... Sorry for triple posting I didn't read ahead properly - combine or delete at will my feelings wont be hurt.

Of course this suggests inner dialogue not seperate entities

I mean the question gets boiled down to that. :) But let's go deeper. This dialogue means communicating. Now one of my largest questions comes from the Beatles song All You Need Is Love. There is nothing you can see that isn't "shown". When we get an insight is it our own awareness that opens to it or are we being shown by external forces? And what is shown mean? When people get Aha moments is that something being shown to them, or something where a person's internal awareness opens to it? I mean we are talking now, obviously you are a separate entity (or are you?) And our dialogue infers, you, a separate being, is showing me your ideas. It isn't just me opening to ideas, you are showing me. I always wondered if insights, or any thought can be from external beings.

Biomed Tech Guy says fallen angels (pretty cool I admit) which would mean external beings. Pupnik says internal dialogue. Me? I do not know. If I said I knew I would be a liar. So I keep everything in the "could be" files in my head and not create a belief system. I almost say both ideas are correct.

Ouiji lol I always thought Monopoly was Parker Brothers finest games. Not sure who had the Ouiji idea. The silly thing is even as a kid I had one a if it was any Parker Brothers game I got bored, never understood it, and always wondering why someone was using their hand to move the pointer.

At this point in my life I'm a nondualist, if you want to use a term. The universe is capable of producing anything at anytime. All of it is dream-like. It comes and goes.

I mean... you can have a dream tonight that you are flying on a giant owl in the sky. It will make perfect sense because... why not? There have always been giant owls, and you've always been doing this. It all gets taken for granted as real. Then the dream ends, you open your eyes, and this other place we call "the waking world" takes over. But it's all dream-like. It comes and goes. It's very real when it's happening but then it evaporates in the next moment. Only memory indicates that it was ever "here," but memory itself can only be experienced in the present, so memory itself is like a dream.

I used to be very into this entity stuff, and although I believe in spirits, entities and extramaterial phenomena in the relative sense, in the ultimate sense I don't care anymore. It's just illusion stacked upon illusion stacked upon illusion. It never brought me peace or truth.

I guess what I want to know is... why is it so important that these entities get validated as "real"? As I said above, all of apparent reality is dream-like. So validating one thing as real compared to another is like trying to separate a drop of water from the ocean and calling that more real than the rest of the ocean. It's all one thing. There is only one thing happening. It's just that certain objects in the apparent world trigger our disbelief more than others. However, few people ever seem to take that disbelief to its ultimate conclusion as a critique on all of reality, I guess because it's a step too far for most.

Well, I have a reasonable amount of experience with high doses of DMT.

I always used a proper DMT pipe (I've broken dozens of them - someone really should tell the makers to use Pyrex),

I prefer a dark, silent space with no distractions for the best results,

Alert is always an audible tone.

But I would keep toking until I physically could not hold the lighter under the pipe to keep vaping the DMT. I would hand it to someone and lie back.

Within seconds I was reliably transported into a space that indeed was populated by 'machine elves' or whatever you care to call them. But it was always the same.

Incredibly brilliant colours (eyes open or closed although I prefer the latter) and the 'elves' would communicate with me. They always sounded like that old UK kids show 'The Clangers'. I couldn't understand the words but it seemed as if thoughts and emotions were directly trasmitted in that odd swannee whistle vocalizations just like the clangers,

I just relaxed and enjoy the feeling of being at once being in a totally alien time-space but knowing everything would be fine.

For me it always ends rather abruptly. The real would did not so much slowly return but it was almost like they said 'good bye' and I was back in the room. Yes, for the following 30-40 minutes there would still be slight psychedelic elements BUT I very much was back at my home.

Only smoked it a couple of dozen times and what I particuarly appreciated was that it WAS the same every time.

But you can't really hit the pipe again for another 4-6 weeks which didn't bother me. It just felt like that was the appropriate schedule for me.

Why people should sense other 'mystic' beings I suggest is the fact that as a species, few of us fare well in isolation and if it DOES represent a near-death experience (as some suggest) then it wouldn't surprise me to learn that our brains try to make us feel as comfortable as possible before we go the way of all flesh,

I don't ascribe any inate spiritual nature of what is after all, a compound that can be made synthetically. It isn't unique to nature,

FYI if you ever get VERY pure DMT powder (white - stored under dry nitrogen), if you shake the container, you will be rewarded with a little light show.
