Ya I get that, it’s kind of like what they do with invega, for some reason they like to give you a fuck off dose to begin with instead of starting with the lowest dose which is stupid imo, if they started injections with a 39mg dose it probably wouldn’t be as frowned upon and would be very effective at treating the most severe cases of schizo affective even then though I’d say they should try every other anti psychotic first and if they don’t work maybe consider a 39mg injection, it would probably take like 2.5 months to recover from that dose and not leave any permanent damage, the same applies to Thorazine I feel like they would perscribe fuck off doses that cause brain damage and it’s gotten a bad rep cause of it but maybe in low doses it wouldn’t be so bad.

According to the charts 2mg of invega is equal to 100mg of Thorazine. I still think invega should be saved for really severe cases where newer antipsychotics like zyprexa and older ones like thorazine or clozapine don't work basically. It should be down at the bottom of the list like thioridizine is.

All the perc 30s that gave the m30 are fetty it’s been that way for 5 years at least the company who made them stopped making real ones because of all the pressies
Maybe one day you’ll get a batch that has way more fentanyl then normal you should seriously get a test kit and you know fentanyl is basically just heroin but 50 times more potent, you could overdose and die or you can overdose and survive but get severe brain damage from lack of oxygen and your life would becoming a living hell, if I were you I’d seriously quit that shit will ruin your life fast the temporary relief doesn’t last and after taking the invega injections becoming a fentanyl addict is the last thing you should want there may be no recovering from that.

Ya I’m pretty sure invega is more potent then Thorazine.

1 Month Update from Stopping Risperdal

-lost ~5 pounds
-depression lasted for first couple weeks seems to go from feeling good to feeling depressed
-body dysmorphia is coming back a lot with terrible sadness about this which I’m feeling is a lot of my issues
-continuing to do routine which consists of:Tai Chi, yoga, weight lifting , squats, push ups , planks, reading, meditation. Although I know it helps shape my body and genuinely feel better after , I still feel like I’m lacking the energy and zest for life in a way where I’m feeling stuck mentality/physically
-constant feeling of ptsd from past Abilify use and regret about it

Thank you glad to hear!

Planks can certainly help but to like really see noticeable differences you probably have to reduce overall fat through other means such as reducing calories and cardio .

Changing your diet and maybe a little bit of fasting is the key to getting rid of belly fat, there’s not many exercises that can help get rid of belly fat, the gym is really good for bulking up and getting muscle tone, for me cardio it’s self did fuck all for losing my belly fat when I still ate lots of pizza and other unhealthy foods eating lots of nutrition like fruits and vegetables are how you lose belly fat cardio and planks do help but it can only do so much on its own.

you should try and move on with your life and not hold onto to the traumatic experience of the abilify use try to overcome the challenge and learn from it, make the best out of your life find some new hobbies and try not to be in your head too much keep busy that will help with PTSD.

Ya im going to have to start watching what i eat but it's hard to afford good food like fish, eggs and meat sometimes. So far ive been on zyprexa 3 months and have only put on 5lbs some of which is muscle so i don't think im going to get the weight gain. Invega and abilify totally wrecked my metabolism though and i went up to 225lbs. Right now im at my normal weight more or less 180lbs but my gut is still flabby from being fat

I may have to try abit of fasting but its hard when you get the munchies from meds lol. Cardio didnt help you? Thats weird. But ya when i get paid i am just going to buy abunch of tuna, sardines and meat in think and lose the weight that way

I had the munchies from invega when I did a lot of cardio around month 3 I would run 2-3 miles everyday and I didn’t lose the belly at all when month 4 came around I went into anti psychotic withdrawal and had a reduced appetite I lost 12 pounds from barely eating and during this time I think my hormones and metabolism stabilized too I lost the gut entirely in month 4 and I did less exercise then then I did month 3 cause weakness and lack of stamina was a big wd symptom for me.
