It wasn't until I took Risperdal Consta and Invega Sustenna that I realized how boring life could be.

I lived in a trailer at the end of my teens and into my early 20's with only 15 bucks a month to spend on whatever, after rent and utilities and shit. Yeah, it was barely enough money to spend on anything, but you figure a hit of LSD was $5 back then. Woot!
I agree being on invega has changed my perspective on life I now understand peoples suffering a lot more im glad I went through the experience if I could go back in time and prevent it from happening I wouldn’t cause that whole experience is why I am the man I am today when my dopamine came back it felt like eating a delicious luxury meal after starving for months and there’s still more room for improvement for me.

ya that’s a good idea whenever you start again I’d say try a little bit of regular weed first before trying RSO to make sure your mind can handle it.
I think regular weed has enough healing properties on it's own, RSO is too expensive.

Workouts are not an option just yet, maybe next year.
I remember I used to be a workout fanatic, used to weigh my food and take supplements, as well as lifting heavy relative to my weight.
Workouts won't hurt, but I'm too weak physically after being idle for so long and of course, the injections themselves caused muscle loss I believe...

The thread is what it is. If people on here would concentrate more on the good then the bad it would be a lot better.

Nobody said you can't post a video here and there but it has to be relevant to invega and not just some random music or about something that isn't relevant.

And yeah, if people would concentrate more on their well being and not obsess over their penis it would probably be good.
A video on plain plasticity was deleted, had nothing to do with music.
Also, doing drugs plus THAT SPECIFIC music leads to healing.

Your disagreement is religious( youre probably atheist or new age)and political( youre left wing), not moderator based.

Lift milk jugs with water. You're just making excuses

I'm the last person to tell him he is making excuses. I used to train when it was snow outside and whenever I didn't feel like it, I made huge progress in terms of strength and muscle mass.
Xeplion is different, it really destroys the man in you.

you gotta atleast try to hit the gym even it means not using free weight and just using the machines anything counts if you can’t do that start with short walks you gotta exercise to speed up recovery.

Is it proven to speed up recovery? I know exercise is super benefitial for the brain, but is it benefitial for healing the receptors?

get on testosterone treatment. I only had two shots, so excuse my ignorance.

I think my testosterone, as well as the rest of my hormones will reach homeostasis once again. I never had hormonal issues so I don't think testosterone therapy is needed.
Time is the best medicine (Certainly not Xeplion/invega haha)

Honestly if you think Invega Sustenna is still in your system and is effecting your body and making you have a belly and stuff like that no amount of working out is going to change that. Trust me I know. And I remember reading this thread a year ago and guys would complain about not being able to lose the weight they gained from Invega Sustenna and they’d workout twice a day. I’ve been busting my ass working out since being on the injection I’m finally down to 111lbs and my body looks nothing like it did pre Invega. It lost all the lean muscle, I’ve been trying to build lean muscle for months and nothing so I dunno lol. I give up!

I feel you. Don't give up.
I find it pointless to workout after getting those injections.
I never had weight problems, I could eat whatever I want and barely gain weight, and if I did, I would easily lose it within a short time.
The injections obviously did their damage, and I agree, no matter how hard I'll workout, it won't solve my problems.

I disagree you’re still gonna feel like shit with invega in your system but working out is gonna help speed your recovery up I was able to build muscle 3 months off the injections, keep in mind @HelpMeInvega is taking other anti psychotics so you gotta take what she says with a grain of salt, nofap can help a lot with building muscle invega increases prolactin way too much which is why you build a belly and can’t gain muscle doing nofap increases testosterone and reduces prolactin don’t think exercise is gonna be worthless even if you don’t feel good in the moment it’s gonna benefit your recovery overall in the long term.

I agree that prolactin is the cause of my little belly, it's not significant, but it's there...
I definitely gonna do nofap again, but I might won't feel the benefits of it.

You’ll feel the benefits of it but it’s not gonna be the same as before the injections.
