Or face-smacked? Can only get it from a seemingly long lasting that has the face smakin experience. lol
Maybe a coupla bars for a start to meth comedown.

Stim and/or psychedelic comedown (although in the latter case I often just let the experience subside naturally)
It's gotta be timed at the right moment though IME...like you should start to feel the tiredness, the feeling of being worn-down etc (i.e. the comedown) before taking the dose, for the coup de grace
