in summation you will be launched into precipitated withdrawal

this is what I believe will happen

I dont think the bupe needs the nalaxone
I think it’s enough on its own because the Subutex doesn’t have naloxone in it and can cause precipitated withdrawal if you take it with any opioids in your system

I hope someone with first hand experience with it weighs in
I have a lot of opioid experience but have never used any subs or methadone

So I ran out of kratom last night and was planning on buying some today but my local source failed me and won't have any until next week... Somehow I knew this would happen but still trusted the guy. At least I have a 2mg buprenorphine pill left but it needs to last me at least 4 more days and I already took ~0.25mg this morning. Opioid withdrawal wouldn't be a great christmas gift...
I do have lorazepam and some gbl as well and may eventually be able to get some tramadol at a local pharmacy (not too sure about that).
This is when it sucks to be dependent on a drug.

Dropped 120mgs of Memantine about an hour ago, with 10mgs of Methadone. In the midst of a taper off Opioids and the Mem helps alot. Stomach feels kinda icky from doing 1,4-BDO until pretty late. Once i feel better tho "withdrawals subside" and i start tripping im gonna get all G'd up again tho cuz the combo with Memantine is pretty damn epic.

Pretty good. Just got that bupre and klonopin is still doing its job. Gonna inject me some more soon cause was without yesterday and after that smoke a cig and maybe watch a movie.
