But the effect of millions of receptors being deprived of their full opioid agonist and instead being replaced by a partial opioid agonist (that, by design, has a weakened effect) can trigger withdrawal symptoms in the person
in summation you will be launched into precipitated withdrawal

I dont think the bupe needs the nalaxone
I think itโs enough on its own because the Subutex doesnโt have naloxone in it and can cause precipitated withdrawal if you take it with any opioids in your system
I hope someone with first hand experience with it weighs in
I have a lot of opioid experience but have never used any subs or methadone
