PubChem is the world's largest collection of freely accessible chemical information. Search chemicals by name, molecular formula, structure, and other identifiers. Find chemical and physical properties, biological activities, safety and toxicity information, patents, literature citations and more.

It's been made, there is a stack of reference, 135 papers. It took 2 seconds to find.
So please paper that suggests it's s)a stimulant and/or b)Viagra-like.

Because just saying it doesn't make it so. Pubchem is free, fast and accepts SMILES & IUPAC.
 
I could write a script that would generate SMILES strings and run them through Pubchem at a rate of 10s of thousands an hour - but it's the fact one has to read all of the papers that takes the time.

If you are seeking a specific action, you need a training set. Shulgin (with help from Nichols) helpfully provides training-sets for 5HT2a ligands.

And the first thing to realise is that PEAs and tryptamines DO overlay. So you can build a training set of several hundred compounds.

But rational design DOES rely on the chemist understanding the key moieties.
 
I know THC stimulates the kappa opioid receptor, but I've always been clueless about stuff like CBG and other cannabanoids and what they're supposed to do.

When you use a combination of electron and photon receptors you produce something like chemical uranium. The effect here is that a photon emits heat and causes light in the surroundings as a sort of byproduct. An electron however is what emits light, you can see this with a spark for example. The heat from a photon reacts with an electron when both are held in place within a matrix or crystal and then you have the classic dim green glow or uranium effect. This is why mdma only really works well in combination with speed, commonly sold as pills when mixing the two. Dimma is the photon receptor and speed is the electron receptor a crystal can be the matrix and that s basically mdma. The two saturated series rings of dimma are what I consider a lazer and there is feed-back through the dopamine model with the partially saturated triangles that interfere with each-other.

It's pretty telling in that you claim to come here to discuss your so called creations and when an actually qualified chemist (Fertile) questions your methodology you ignore and post more nonsense.

The one thing that education teaches is just how much more you DON'T know. Anyone posting as 'this is fact' with glaring mistakes and utter confidence at the same time are said to be 'at the peak of mount stupid', the highest point of the the Dunning-Kruger effect graph. Scientific method requires experiments to be repeatable and any and all of the facts asserted open to verification and refutation.

So I suggest we refer to:
