I take one 500mg capsule a day when I take them, look for the more expensive ones online and not just something you buy at the grocery store.

Do you feel any improvements using St John's Wort? and are you currently on any other Antipsychotics?
 
I don't know..and no I'm not on any other antipsychotic. I get the most improvement from street drugs, I almost just microdose them and use them as medication, works way better for me than the psychiatric shit by far..
 
So i do a few forms of exercise to try and keep in shape. Basically im a casual employee but when my seniprity goes up ill be part time then full time. Ill probably start part time in a year and a half. In order to get used to working 30chours a week. Then eventually 40 hours a week. I want to train my body until then. So far im...
Going for an hour 15 min walk a day
Going to the sauna for 18 mins
Bit of weight lifting, such as bicep curls and tricep curls. For example today i did 3 sets of lunges.
Also i was doing a thing where i stand fpr 30 mins while watching something on the laptop, and today i increased that time to 45 minutes. I plan to increase the time to an hour in maybe 2 weeks from now.
Im also thinking of maybe trying to add some running, just to help get rid of my gut.

For the record i have been off meds since may, i was taking a forced injection for a year b4 that and i hated it. Now i feel somewhat better, i wouldnt say im back to normal but im not constantly thinking about the meds or anything like that anymore.

I feel like i want to do more physical things now, just to have more things to do in my day and have some goals. Cause otherwise i would just play computer all day. So this is a way for me to do nore with my day, and i also plan on gradually going up on those things im doing. If your off meds maybe try and do things like im doing as well, its okay if you take it slwoly.and gradually increase. Thats basically what im doing now.

I felt weaker when I got the Invega shots, the last year I got the injections it was Abilify though and it wasn't there as much, or at least now it isn't.

Before this I worked at Subway for like 5 months and quit, then didnt work for like 7 months before I got this job. I'm also going to try to do something with software testing or programming too and would have to study them more. With the schedule that I have I could also do boxing classes twice a week or something for like two months, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for one. I've done some martial arts in the past but this would probably complete my 'combat training' for life. I have alot of people to prove wrong now because I recently realized that damn near every person that I've ever met in my entire life had probably looked down on me in some way..I'm going to run with this and take it as far as I can..I'm going to need to finally stop playing around this time, this is for real..I'm going to have to fucken seek and destroy..So alright, we'll see how it goes from here, Get it..

Did u get abilfy shots? If so, how did u respond to that? Im concerned they gave me an abilify shot instead of covid because how horrible it affected me.

I got 3 years of Invega shots and one year of Abilify ones. Abilify sucked but not as bad as Invega..also with that many shots alot of people on this forum would probably assume I should be barely functional or alive, but I can drive a car and just started working full time again, and trying to study programming or whatever on the side. I also do drugs, sort of more microdosing it. I don't allow it to interfere with anything and if it does I'd have to stop or heavily cut back.

The Covid vaccine shot might just be that bad if that's what you should've been getting..It might very well be a bioweapon designed to kill people..
 
I really have no idea on the Covid shot, there's people that say that it contains microscopic razor sharp graphene spikes that cut up your blood vessels and alot of people are gonna die from it. My dad's old American friend was retired Airforce and he believes that too, but really anything can happen with that thing..

I never lost the ability to get high fortunately, but I've had this account for about 2 years and seen people come and go. Most people who haven't gained back the ability back within 2 month never get high again. Just keeping it real.

Yes and no. Some people recover, so people have a lot of damage where they have to be on disability, then some maybe have like one lasting side effect. Myself for example is I have one lasting side effect is it made my hair thick, I use to have thin hair.

Well i couldnt get srunk or high either and i eventually recovered from that. Peolly took around 8 months, not sure.

Btw i downloaded pokemon go yesterday, so i have something to do while walking the dog. Anyone here play pokemon go. Lol i keep running out of.pokeballs. its like a game you cant play all the time cause you keep running out of pokeballs

Ok well my brother and his girlfriend both got pretty sick for some time after the covid-shot. Fortunately they allready had three kids. I dont belive it was the covid-shot itself that wrecked me, but the fact that it was injected in the same spot in my arm where I already had the invega stored, so it caused more invega to my brain and I started malfunctioning quite a bit. Either that or they just gave me the abilify which they wanted to but was refused by urs truly.
 
Anhedonia isn’t permanent but it’s not going to go back to the way it was before. So brace yourself for that. We know it’s driving you crazy you mention it a lot. You’re going to have to wait like eight six or seven months. But it won’t go back to the way it was before because the brain never returns to normal. So prepare yourself for that. Same with getting high it won’t ever feel the same as it once was because someone keeps mentioning that that’s the only thing they care about is being able to get high it’s never going to go back to the way it was and you’re just going to have to deal with it. Antipsychotics do permanent damage!

I thought the brain cells regenerate. No way that this fluid did a permanent damage.
I don't wanna live without the magical sensations I used to get from nature and the inspiration certain music would give me.
Now everything seems flat and grey.
I hope this isn't permanent.
