I thought I'd give Tramadol another go to see if you can ever get the 'spark back'. I haven't taken it in 3 weeks, I think, maybe 4.

200mg and feeling niiiice.
30mg Diazepam (regular maintenance dose).
A glass of Soju (rice wine).
Tiny bump of amphetamine.

Obviously not recommended to take these together, but super low doses for me and hit the nail on the head with feeling super chill and not fucked up.

Last weekend of freedom from the Mrs this weekend, so I might go a bit wild Saturday night. Perhaps 300-400ug LSD and 7g MX or Penis Envy shrooms 🤔

Then it's back on the sober train for a while (apart from tapering benzos).

US temazepam only comes as "Restoril" capsules (almost always generics). The upside of this is that temazepam dosages are higher than in most other places; the downside is that the temazepam doesn't kick in as hard because the capsules take so long to dissolve.

I used to have a monthly prescription for #30×30mg Restoril and enjoyed it, but I regret not cracking them open & eating the powder as an experiment. That's likely one reason the 80s–90s "jellies" proved so worthwhile, the quick absorption & onset....

Nitrazepam would be worth comparing head-to-head with temazepam. My intuition is that 5mg of nitraz probably "outweighs" 20mg of temaz, at least in terms of raw sedative-hypnotic power.
 
I guess I'll drop my new routine here:

60mg Vyvanse
300mg Bupropion
5mg Aripiprazole
20mg Buspirone
400mg Pregabalin
100mg Hydroxyzine

I've been feeling alright on this combo of things. I only get 200mg pregabalin a day so sometimes I'll skip a day to stack them. Definitely works better that way. But either way, I think everything has got me relatively chill and focused without being blitzed or overly medicated. I might want to switch the bupropion for an snri and increase the aripiprazole dose. I think that'd work better but maybe it's chill as is. I just don't particularly favor the bupropion side effects, they aren't that bad and it does help, I'm just not crazy about the mix with Vyvanse.

Trying to use up what’s left of this Tapentadol I have but it’s literally giving me nothing back.

Don’t want to take any more than what I have already (300mg) but don’t even know if that’s a good therapeutic dose?

I wish I never mixed opioids and benzos cuz I now know for sure ignorance is a lot more blissful but don’t worry I’m around multiple people who know what I’m on and I’m very experienced in mixing them with or without tolerance as far as dosage

Think I’ll just SL 1mg and eat some fancy ramen my girl made (fuckjng fire shit and that’s not normally my cup of tea)
