This thread gets so far off topic! It’s should just be side effects and types of recovery! I swift through it and it’s so annoying! Go to Reddit if you want to complain about psychiatrists. Bottom line you were in a psychosis at one point and psychiatrists job is to treat your psychosis! If you’re posting on here chances are they did a good job at treating it because you’re coherent and out of psychosis. Chances are you were non compliant and through Invega Sustenna at you because it does a good job at treating psychosis. Now it’s about finding a new medication with less side effects or recovering from Invega Sustenna now that your stable. There’s a whole reddit sub called insomnia and a whole Reddit sub to complain about psychiatrists this forums about Invega recovery.
Lol well if ppl were forced to take invega due to psychistrist forcing it on them. You cant really blame them for wanting to complain about psychistrist. So was everyone on here in psychosis when they got on meds? We dont really hear ppl talking about psychosis so im kinda curious.

Nina your case looks similar to an old forum user called Tina3000 who was still sick after 1.5 years. Does anyone remember her? do you know if she is okay? Narshe81 had created this post in 2013. He was back. what happened to them? I would like to console but after 1 year I am not well too. As I said, I have no psychosis. not even a real diagnosis. it is a lobotomy, except that while electrosock and lobotomy are now seen as torture, they give the shots of shit that in the eyes of the people is perceived as a less serious thing but people do not know I am shit. do you also have constant headaches? and derealization? you don't even know how it works. if we talk about half-lives then after 12.5 months I should be fine. maybe it damages the brain instead. they gave it to me to stay calm. the fact is that I had a moment of anger that lasted exactly 3 minutes ... So they know they are doing harm.

But I can't sleep even 5 minutes without pills since October. People are here thinking if their eyelashes got thinner or not. I can't do a thing besides writing here and suffering. Why nobody can help me? Why am I the only one who can't sleep at all??!?

Did you read my posts about the benefits of vitamin D? Especially the info which said vitamin D can help break down antipsychotics in your system It also helps regulate serotonin & can help with sleep.
An intervention study reported that vitamin D supplementation (D3) in veterans (50,000 IU/week) increased their sleep duration [56]. Another double-blind clinical trial showed use of vitamin D supplementation (50,000 IU/fortnight for 8 weeks) facilitated sleep duration and quality in people with sleep disorder [61].
It can't hurt to get a vitamin D injection I want to get one also. Maybe even a b12 injection.
Try everything you can. Like I suggested before lay in the sun as many days as you can even if you feel miserable atleast you're doing it in the sunshine. Make a list of things you're trying to do to improve your sleep then you can show it to your family & psychiatrist. Request to have your vitamin D & b12 etc levels tested then ask for the injection. Put up some nice pictures/photos on the wall so you can look at them instead of staring at the walls. Put that on your list of positive things you're trying to do then atleast you can say you've tried them

So I weighed myself today & it was 75.3kg I was so happy because that would've been the fourth day in a row at a stable weight. I wasn't going to bother weighing myself a second time but the other days I have just to make sure so I weighed myself again & it was 76.9kg which I'm so confused about. Before the last few days it was a heavy weight the first time I would weigh myself then a lower weight. I'm trying to be positive that this time atleast I started at a lower weight. I'll be really disappointed if I go back to weighing in heavier first because I was really starting to get my hopes up about my weight being stable.
Anyway I decided to starting taking NAC again today I haven't taken it in a while. I googled if it helps with weight loss & apparently it does. I also found an article with the top 5 natural weight loss supplements & vitamin D & NAC were the top 2.

1. Vitamin D: Better known for promoting healthy bones, vitamin D may also improve insulin sensitivity. Recent research shows that those with optimal vitamin D levels lost 1 lb more per week than those with suboptimal vitamin D levels. Recommended dosage: 2000-5000 IU daily during winter months. A simple blood test can help determine how much vitamin D you should be taking.

2. NAC: N-actetyl-cysteine is an amino acid known as a potent antioxidant and is commonly used for detoxification support. A recently published study compared NAC to Metformin, a common diabetic medication, and found that it improved blood sugar and insulin levels with fewer side effects. Recommended dosage: 600 mg three times per day.

This weekend I'm going to try & sit in the sun both days & get some sunshine & vitamin D & hopefully exercise on exercise bike both days

someone has periods where he is better alternated with periods where he feels like a zombie and stays in bed all day

This is not a drill

100 days off and I'm getting intense goosebumps listening to new songs

I feel like I'm doing something criminal that I'm not supposed to do and it's a goddamn RUSH

EDIT 1 hour later: okay maybe they weren't intense but it's something and I'll take it for now

Room, don't be afraid to try new things or things that you know you would have loved pre-injection, it's worth the effort and while it's NOT as good as doing them when completely recovered it also doesn't taint the experience to the point of being unenjoyable

I totally hear you and understand where you're coming from BUT at the same time, this is a safe space for everyone to share their experiences with invega and recovering from invega, and we allow people to include discussion of every facet of that journey. It just makes sure that everyone feels included and safe to share <3 I'm sure you understand.

I was not on psychosis when I got Xeplion. It had left with 5 times drops of Risperdal drops. They gave me xeplion to make shorter the time in the psych ward telling me it was very good and had no secondary effects.

I know I come here to talk out of subject but I am very bad and I don't know what to do so I vent here. I am sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to talk about my recovery but I am not recovering. I feel extremely bad.

By the way my insomnia is not like any insomnia. I was sleeping very well before invenga. So it is a harm done by invega so I think there is no better place to talk about than here.

Hey hon.........did you go in the psych ward because your family sectioned you when you were talking about the rays and stuff that come off of cell phone towers and electrical gadgets.

Lots of people have concerns over that so your family should have listened to you. Seem to remember that's where your problems all started.

My sleep has improved a bit. My visualisation isn't how it was before.

fucking amazing! stolen life!☹️🙁😕😖😢😭😨😰😥😳. in his case and even mine, death is better. I dream of sleeping peacefully as before.

Lol after reading about narshe im gwtting a little worried that i may not recover. Ive actually recovered 3 times already from antipsychotics. But those times ive only been on the medications for 1 to 2 months. This time ive been on fluanxol for a year cause i was on a CTO. So im getting a little worried i wont recover. However ive also read post about ppl being on it for a year and recovered. So makes me wonder why narshe didnt recover and others did.
