Upper: Amphetamine Sulphate
Opioid: Oxycodone/Morphine/Hydromorphone
Dissociative: n/a, I don't like any [I guess DXM if it counts]
Psychedelic: tried very few, but as above. As someone who has experienced psychosis (from both schizophrenia, from drug-induced psychosis and from psychotic depression), I can't imagine these NOT being a horrible experience. I do want to try (low-dose) LSD, though.
Cannabinoid: Just cannabis.
Sedative: Xanax
Entactogen: n/a...no experience
Neuroleptic: Chlorpromazine (Thorazine) or Quetiapine (Seroquel) as they are the only two with any abuse potential whatsoever, but I really wouldn't describe neuroleptics as recreational. Thorazine does have an almost-recreational effect for me as I'm prescribed it for "severe anxiety/agitation" and the subsequent relaxation is a huge relief.
Antidepressant: Sertaline (Zoloft)! Literally saved my LIFE and still makes a big improvement in my quality of life almost 13 years later.

Never heard of PTC. What is it's MOA, how effective is it, and what other antidepressants is it contraindicated for?
 
It’s a cactus containing mescaline, not really an ad, but it might help some people.

Dissociative: S- iso ketamine IM, shot after shot
Cannabinoid: nyet
Sedative: diazepam for daytime zolpidem if at night
Enactogen: MDMA pils from c2000, Kuala Lumpur
Neuroleptic: abilify
Antidepressants: Agomelatine
