Because different serotonin receptors they work on and stuff like that. Promethazine is a phenothiazine antihistamine/antipsychotic like Thorazine. Chlorpheniramine is an alkylamine antihistamine. The effects are way different together in the combo as I have tried them each separately, and in all kind of different combos. The best before the quad is... Chlorpheniramine, diphenhydramine, Subutex, Xanax. That is a very good one too. I don't like Diphenhydramine even tho it's the same thing as promethazine pretty much, it's just it's availability and that so many other people do it makes it less interesting to me with my anxiety. When I'm completely xaned out then diphenhydramine would be fine and won't fuck with me even tho I know it's an actual drug like every thing else. Oh my I'm fucked up off this holy Quadruplty combo with gabapentin 300mg thrown it, and is my first time doing gabapentin.

What dose of gabapentin would you recommend with the Quadruplty combo? I took an extra 2mg of Xanax than I'm use too today as well which makes 3mg altogether. I usually take 1mg a day. Oh yea the dose of gabapentin I took today is 300mg pill, and I have 4 other gabapentins to take, but will probably save them for tomorrow or something. Or do think I should take more even though I took all my Xanax already and just have the other gabapentins, 2mg of Subutex, and a few bowls of really good weed!

Naw I don't think you get it, it's honestly almost too much for the human brain to comprehend unless you saw her and had the euphoric experience to have her sit on yo lap like dat while smoking hard... Lol 🤣

Probably not more than 300mg man, you're already combining multiple depressants with benzos and opioids, which is obviously risky business.

I have a huge tolerance to all of that besides the gabapentin. It's my first time trying it in general.

Sounds right, not much reason to press gabapentin, it's prescribed like candy. Take like 5 30 minutes apart, 2 for the first dose. Like I said, euphoric but tame. Little dizzier and impaired motor skills. Gabapentin does a lot for potentiation when taken right. Body cannot absorb a lot of it at once and it takes less than an hour to be absorbed, couple hours to peak effects. I have a friend who took this combo the other day but instead of bupe he took oxy. He called me up all afraid of overdose because he was so high, he ended up being ok.

I really like Gabapentin. 300mg sounds right for your first time, especially with all the other CNS depressants you're taking. Stacking is important with Gabapentin in order to avoid the rapidly declining BA when taking more than 300mg at a time, so when/if 300mg isn't enough, it's best to take 300mg every 30 mins until you get where you wanna be 👍

I've never got anything really from morphine even tho it sounds like most people do tho. 30mg morphine feels like a vik 5 for me if that. It probably would feel way stronger with my potentiators, but haven't had the chance to. Plus I also stay away from opioids that aren't Subutex.

Is it better to take the xanax or gabapentin first? Or does it even matter really? I took all my xans already and kinda want to take one more gabapentin but I don't want to ruin the extra Xanax buzz I have, because I hardly ever have access to more than 1mg a day, an always look forward to days like this when I get an extra mg or two. I'm on three mgs of Xanax altogether right now with everything else.
