Just chilling. Did some more training for my insurance licensing. School started yesterday. I have two classes this semester, one is a late start, it'll start at the end of February.

My first class is in psychopharmacology, which is obviously a huge interest of mine so I'm pretty excited to get into it. It's totally online, self paced. Every week we have some content to read and study, a small ten question quiz, a short essay prompt, and a discussion board post we have to make, as well as thoughtfully reply to two other students discussions.

Did the first orientation quiz yesterday, got a 9/10, so not a terrible start, but obviously I wanted to do better on an orientation quiz lmao.

Did a little school work this morning, now working on the next chapter of my insurance licensing training. Was trying to trip with my gf and my other homegirl, but they decided they didn't want to today. So, I figured I'd drop a tab to add a little color to the afternoon.

Well, about the dog, I actually don't really hate dogs, I was just kind of pissed that day. It turns out I found a method that has now worked 100% of the time to get the doggo to piss, or even shit. Really all I have to do, is tie her leash to this big post in the front yard, and then basically I just walk back to the front porch. This I guess gives her the space she needs to go potty. If you try and walk around with her, she just straight up doesn't go, and just sniffs around endlessly. .She is part beagle, and apparently that is a thing with them as they are natural hunting dogs. My gf didn't really like the post idea at first, saying that "oh it's too cold" and "oh you can't punish her and leave her out there". I don't think she understood that it takes literally a minute or two, you just have to give her space. She did not poop on the floor this morning, because my method worked, and at this points I think I have convinced my gf that this is the way to go.

Oh, and to certain inquiring minds, *cough* *cough* * @Nurse Ratched * we actually have been taking the dogs out to the fenced in paddock area that we now have access to, we went a couple times yesterday and let them run around for a while and tire themselves out. And we have always taken them out 4+ times a day. It's just a little difficult to give them total free reign to run around and do their business when you live in a basement with a backyard that's not fenced in at all, and a youngish dog that will absolutely dart off if given the opportunity. Now that we are in a different setting, things can be better.

But anyway

So instead of walking the dogs and letting them sniff and experience the world (as ALL dogs do through their noses), you tie them to a post and leave them there...?
Walking a dog isn't something you do just to avoid them shitting inside dude. It's for the dogs health and sanity.

Man, can u explain me something..excuse my ignorance but why sometimes u take only 2mg of suboxone,other days 16mg other days nothing? how does that work 4 u?

Well, a couple months ago I was tapering off of suboxone for a job I was trying to get, so I was taking 2 every few days and then none others, and eventually none at all. And then my overdose happened, and I just got back on subs. So I've basically been taking 16mg every day now.

@deficiT Do you find 16mg has more of an effect in killing cravings than say 8mg? Does it have a high to it? I remember 12mg feeling like a pretty huge dose back when I used them and ended up going on methadone cos it was making me sick.

Yeah, I definitely think so. Maybe I'm just used to the dose at this point, but yeah 8mg feels like it's kinda lacking so I no longer really take it unless I'm getting off. I wouldn't say it has a "high", but some days during the low part of the afternoon I'll catch a little "suboxone nod" as I call it. Not really serious but it is somewhat pleasurable and comfortable for sure. It definitely makes me feel better.

The last of my 3 day swed(quality) methamp binge (+/0). Maybe 160mg 15 minutes ago. Could have easily made 4-6 times the ca$h I put into it. Border for the win!
