I have used tramadol for years to help make life quality better. It gives me a lot of energy. Have taken stupid doses and mixed with bad stuff but ended taking the lowest amount needed.

I have tapered it many times to see how im adjusting. I got my last taper done over two months ago. Haven't had any bad withdrawal symptoms even i went too fast when thinking the snri effects. Must exercise a lot daily to feel quite good.

Tbh i started taking low dose gababentin before stopping. At least for me when i have stupid amounts of these meds available it makes me think seriously what i need and what's just for pleasure. Pleasure often has downsides afterwards.

Some shrooms once in a while to keep me sane (years from months intervals) .

For me tramadol is the best painkiller there is. In my case all the strongest opioids caused bad rebound symptoms and eventually hyperalgesia and tbh are too abusable versus normal use.

Don't abuse it or face the consequences.

I wouldn't want to say this but I was accidentally prescribed 1150mg per day for months after stopping high dose old school oxycontin. I sweated like a pig etc but other than that no problems. I don't use alcohol at all. No seizures,

taken with mdma, acid, amphetamines etc knowing it is very stupid.and if not deadly at least harmful. Would never do so again. Once got probably serotonin syndrome while fooling around. Was so out that didnt understand it. When the symptoms stsrted i Took 60 mg midazolam under my tongue for 20 mins. 30 mins from that 60mg temazepam and 30 mg of diazepam. Few hours later took 500mg of codeine and still felt terrible. Measured my body temperature at home some 6-7h of the start and had 38.9 celsius. Wasn't using benzos then daily so not much tolerance.

Im a ultra rapid metabolizer. Not only cyp2d6 but many sites so never compare my doses to yours. I don't use alcohol mainly because my body does the first phase of metabolizing ethanol very fast but second not so fast. No time to google right words in English
 
A buddy told me that if you take Monster Green Energy Drink twenty minutes before tramadol they potentiate excellently well. But it's not the caffeine, maybe it's some other compound (vitamin B? Guarana? I don't know). Plain coffee don't cause the same potentiation. Anyway, I don't know if this guy is just prone to some placebo effect or is there truth to it. But I write it, in case anyone wants to give it a try.
 
Shit. I tried the Monster Green thing yesterday and got really fucked up. Although in the morning I took 2 mg of clonazepam, in the afternoon 20 mg of diazepam and 1500 mg of Pregabalin. I don't think it was the Pregabalin, since I have reached 2000mg and I have never felt as high as yesterday. 🤣

Going to try that one day for sure. Personally I like to have a coffee with my tramadol; like @DeathIndustrial88 mentioned before too I believe.


Living without tramadol/O-DSMT or any opiate/opioid really is becoming harder and harder though. There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about suicide multiple times. Life just seems so pointless and joyless without. If I didn't have family that I care for I would have ended this "trip" a long time ago.
 
Has anyone taken this drug: 2C-B? I have a pill and I don't know whether to take it if I am taking tramadol. Maybe I take it on a day when I am free of tramadol? What do you think guys?

Yeah man. The last thing you wrote seemed very similar to what I feel. Life without tramadol or any other opioid is meaningless. I have also thought about suicide while withdrawing in my bed. I can be in my bed for days suffering from this martyrdom.

It's possible or maybe it's just placebo. You know placebo it's a strong thing. Anyway, I have a photo of the Monster and its ingredients. I will try to upload it later.

I took 2c-b a couple times when I was younger but it would always make me nauseous. A lot of people enjoy it though, it was alright for me. Like LSD-lite or something. No super deep thoughts but still quite trippy. I think you might have to watch out combining it with tramadol tho because of the serotonin effect of both drugs. I'd suggest stopping tramadol 2 days before you take 2c-b.

Hi I'm kind of new here. I was reading this thread and decided to take 350mg today. Well, took 50mg a little earlier but then took 300mg, 100mg every 20 minutes starting about an hour and a half ago. I'm also taking 1.5mg ativan 4x a day, gabapentin 3x a day, edible thc 2.5mg twice a day or so, and took an ambien 10mg already. Just want to make sure I'm doing the tramadol correctly. Is there a major difference between 300 and 400mg like the difference between 100mg MDMA and 125mg or not really? Thanks for this thread! I have been on the drug for over a year but just taking it as prescribed (50mg 4x/day) so this does feel different. I still don't feel much euphoria from it though.

It all depends on if you have tolerance. If you do then you won't be feeling much. But that is a very big dose to take inside an hour and a half and you're most likely to feel heavy sedation and or dysphoria. It might sound counterintuitive but less is more with Tramadol. Better to wait an hour before taking another 50mg and so on because the metabolites typically produce a better effect and preferable to have them build slowly as well as it doesn't tax your system as much. That those could easily cause a seizure, I wouldn't take that much even in a whole day because I think it's wasting it and taking an unnecessary risk. But you are saturated with just about every type of anti-seizure meds except for maybe valproic acid and phenobarbital.

Hands down best use for Tramadol is detoxification off stronger opioids 50 mg every 4-6 hours as needed, no more than about 10 days. It works like a charm
