From what I’ve gathered there seems to be cross tolerance between the two.

On another note, lyrica is amazing for sleep. I took 300mg with my normal amount of clonidine and melatonin. I slept through the whole night and woke up feeling refreshed and on point.
 
Ýèah i know without tolerance and slèep likè baby but with tolerance gores kaporit ß

high dose pregabalin will dull the visual and mental effects of pyshcedelics however i have found it to create a body high like mdma with phenethylamines
 
Well I took 200mg + of mdma last night. As I was coming down I took 2g of soma. I didn’t really feel the the soma, so I took 600mg of pregabalin. A couple hours later I was still wide awake so I ingested 3 mg of etizolam. The lyrica must have taken a while to work, but once it did I passed out and then woke up 3:00 pm. I’m still feeling the lyrica at this point and I love it.
 
I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I ingested a large dose of high quality mdma and was pretty disappointed. My eyes were extremely dilated, but there wasn’t much euphoria and empathy present. Instead of being open and talkative I was introverted and quiet. The same thing happens with psychedelics, I tend to get confused and the visuals are lackluster. The best part of my mdma session was when I took lyrica during the comedown.

Nope I haven’t been on antidepressants. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m older now or what. I’ve abused quite a few drugs over the years though I’ve been pretty much clean for the last 4. Perhaps my drug addled brain just doesn’t respond the same anymore. Even adderall doesn’t produce the effects it used to. The only thing that seems to work the same is benzos and lyrica. It sucks.

No idea because I've been on antipsychotics for about seven years with off time from the depot I did use meth and it worked but then they busted me so back on the depot.........it's been on and off the pills

Well I abused lyrica pretty severely about 4 years ago and I built up a huge tolerance to the point where it didn’t work anymore. I can’t say it works like it used to but it definitely still produces some pleasant effects. MDMA and psychs on the other hand have seemingly lost there magic permanently.
 
Oh man I was feeling like an absolute wreck this morning. Must have been from the mdma the other night plus the fact that I took somas and benzos to help combat the comedown. I just took 600mg of lyrica to alleviate my discomfort and it worked like a charm.
 
I had some fun with lyrica the other day for the first time in a good few months.
Id got a quarter L (12.5g) of ket the night before and my mate offered to do a trade the rest of his lyrica for half a gram of k. He had 11 x 150mg so 1650mg.
Of course i said yes and took the lot at once on an empty stomach (this was around 6am plus id been awake all night drinking and did about 6-7g k already)

It was a great day. I was stumbling everywhere, dropping stuff in shops, getting twitchy hands like when trying to roll a cig ripping it in half and stuff lol, but doing alot of k which helps with the twitches i find, enough to be able to IV anyway haha. By 6pm i had finished the rest of the k and drank more, took some valium and dph and had a lovely sleep.

It was my favorite type of time to lyrica, early AM after being up all night drinking and on k, wonky and sleep deprived. Plus it was sunny and warm.

Good, in fact, great times. I love how well this stuff mixes with k. 1650mg is id say a sweet spot for me, tbf 1500mg would have done nicely. Shame its useless to IV.

Everything’s changed man. Weed definitely works but it gives me extreme panic attacks now. It didn’t used to be like that, but I can’t smoke bud anymore which sucks because I loved doing so.

I’m not sure if it’s the lyrica, but I just plugged some adderall and I barely feel it. It’s been 8 hours since I took pregabalin, but it lasts for quite some time.

I’m not sure if it’s ketamine tolerance, but I felt like the lyrica hampered the kets effects.

Nothing works anymore WTF?

Well I used to be a lyrica a few years ago and abused to the point where it lost it’s efficacy. I just started taking it again and it still works but I’m more prone to the negative side effects. The high can feel somewhat dirty and disorienting at times, but it’s still nice. Not necessarily euphoric.

I just began using benzos again as well. I take etizolam or Klonopin once a week and it still gets the job done.
 
If, without any tolerance, I were to take 200mg of pregabalin in the evening for mild recreational effect, would I have any trouble going to sleep when I wanted? (I appreciate that it generally helps with sleeping, but can it do the opposite too?)
 
Lyrica is probably one the best medications for anxiety I’ve ever encountered. The duration of action and lack of rebound anxiety makes it an ideal substance to combat my overwhelming stress. 600 mg absolutely obliterates my GAD and allows me to function at a higher capacity. I guess the only downside is that it slightly affects my concentration and memory, but it’s still nowhere near as bad as benzos. I don’t get extreme euphoria or anything, but I definitely feel pleasant.
