Am I the only one here with little to no nausea from opioids? I've had significant nausea from meth but not opioids.
I used to get nausea from heroin but only when I was the rankest of beginners. After that, even when I had no tolerance, I might feel a little queasy but it'd rapidly pass. Doing a high dose of Subutex on next-to-nil tolerance had me projectile vomiting, though.

So how strong is a dilaudid 2mg? Like conpared to to a lortab ten
Its stronger than hydrocodone, but more short-lived. I prefer hyrdos over dilaudid for that reason alone. It always seems to wear off right after as it kicks in my experience, but I also don't injected anything so I might be a bit off-base here.

I used to like codeine a lot (partly due to easy availability), but these days I don't get pretty much anything from it. Antipsychotic + SSRI combo seems to rob most of the euphoric effects.

Unpopular opinion but fentynal.

No other opiate has had me nodding out in a chair and instantaneously feeling that "ohhhhhhhhh that's good." I wanted to do that everyday forever, lol. And so I did for some time. It must have been about a month or two of just that. Coffee and fentynal go well together. I really miss that time period. I don't care if it's wrong... I've never felt that content in my entire life. I'm sure others would say that the time period was fabricated. Regardless, I just will never feel that way ever again.

There's nothing else out there that could ever make me feel so happy to be alive. I wrote my best received grad school paper on opies, lol. Also for anyone reading with fent patches in mind. I seriously do not recommend even trying them without seasoned experience. There's too many cases of people dropping down flat onto pavement in parking lots. Them being overzealous and trying to wing just a itty bitty piece of the patch that was enough for them to suck on with their mouth. Fent is not something to dabble in unless you're taking around 90-120 milligrams of oxy daily in total. Or, at least can handle something like that.

H all the way, it just does something for me that no other opiate or opioid has ever done. Just plain weird. My brain just fucntions on it completely different then with other people, really don't know why.
I completely agree. My cousins had zero idea that I was using heroin on a daily basis. They all had that stereotypical notion of the strung-out junkie in a ditch or something. I got shit DONE!!! And it has

been the best antidepressant ever. I feel like the best version of myself. Which makes quitting all the harder. I really don't know who I am without it. And I wish it was fucking legal.

Don't we all, lol. If heroin had just the consequences of dopesickness, I would gladly be on it. My mother was for so long before I was born. She was clean by then but I do notice that opiates in the same way for me are a stimulant. The fent in heroin does scare me, though. One little snorty snort and suddenly I'm as high as moby dick.

You are not alone!! I have never puked, dry heaved or projectile vomited anything, including air...after doing dope. That is when I started thinking...hmmm, maybe this stuff really agrees with me?! And

I've been at it for 18 years. I used to watch my boyfriend OD and puke. Not I. Not that its worth a fucking medal or anything. Heroin and I just, what can I say...were simpatico

I use to have a hookup for the 100mcg patches. Its not my favorite opiate, but damn does it have legs. At first, I would cut the patch up into 16 pieces and eat them gradually, little by little throughout the day (please don't do this. I was stupid and could've OD'd just as easily as eating a whole patch all at once and had to force myself to stay awake out of fear that I wouldn't wake up). I actually find it more rewarding to just wear it though. Lasts longer. Again, this isn't a recommendation to anyone either. Like you said, even seasoned opiate addicts have died doing this.

I can relate. I don't know if its just me having grown accustomed to being an opiate addict, but I'm a much more functional and productive person with painkillers than without them. I'm practically useless without it, but I haven't been 100% sober since my mid teens.

Lol I've been in that position.

Also I'm ascending atm. If only I felt like this 24/7 but then I suppose my life would be a waste of time and I'd just be content living as a hobo roasting marshmallows from the perpetual opiate high. It's actually quite hard to overdose on opiates alone. I would say fent could be the difference.

Not that what I'm saying is set in stone when it comes to HR--but I do believe that if you're "trying to stay awake" then that is a HUGE step up then being black out and face down on the bathroom floor, lol. I'd rather struggle to keep my eyes open than the dirty narcan "we thought you were dead! Oh my god!" Then begging for some opies to kill the grumpy narcan hammer.

I like oxycodone, hydromorphone, morphine....but my vote for fave is heroin. Propoxyphene sucks and I’ve never gotten anything from kratom. I am on methadone though.
Morphine is my favorite, oxycodone is my 2nd favorite, methadone or fentanyl patches is 3rd. Hydromorphone is too short-lived to even make my top 5. Propoxyphene is practically useless. Kratom really didn't do anything for me either, but I've heard even heroin addicts praise it, so I guess its kind of a hit-or-miss substance. The positive and negative reviews I've read about kratom are about 50/50. When I took it, I was expecting it to be similar in strength to hydrocodone based on reviews I've read, but it didn't even touch on codeine's level in my experience (which doesn't say much for it as a painkiller). It had me convinced that they were placebo.

I completely agree with "Propoxyphene sucks", it never gave me a feeling where I thought "Oh i'd like to try this again". Of course you do out of desperation or just that need to be high (I was young).

The MS-Contin 60mg's were amazing, the come up on those was magical. I used to crush them up and boof them after dissolving in some water. The OG Roxicodones were out of this world, but we dont have the pleasure of copping those anymore. Insufflating fentanyl totally surprised me, and had a nice binge on them for a while living in LA, went great with good blow. I got up to taking 420mics of Fentanyl, and actually came off of it using some spiked Kratom (sprayed with o-desmethyltramadol or U-47700). I could take one gram and my eyes were more pinned out than on fentanyl, made my feces so hard I had to dig it out with a knife (ahh opiate life lol).

In regard to Kratom, as a long-time user of all manner of opiates (most of what you listed in the poll), including a 10-year heroin addiction amidst the morphine and oxy abuse, I can tell you there are some gems in the Kratom realm that deserve your attention. Recently I had some 50:1 and 125:1 extracts that were better than Oxies. Truly amazing what mitragynine and 7-OH-mitragynine can do. Look at the studies of how powerful those compounds are. The 7OH variant has been tested in the lab to exceed the potency of morphine, just to give you an idea.

So I will go with Heroin with the caveat that I don't know if I've ever actually had fentanyl before. My first time using H was in 2009 and I quit in 2013. Just started using again and I don't notice any difference between the H now and the H back then. Tastes just like I remember it, smells like I remember it, and gets me the same sort of high I remember.

Was fentanyl widely used back in '09? Is it possible I've actually managed to fully avoid it thus far? Curious because if I've been smoking fentanyl as far back as that, then I'd go with that as my favorite.

I tried a few different kratom strains, vendors, doses and got nothing. I know my tolerance must play a role, but so many people seem to be hit or miss with it. Even if they aren't as heavy into opiates.

I stopped using dope in 2015 and I never came up dirty for fentanyl. The high was very much still a heroin high, none of the blackout/no warmth descriptions i hear about fentdope. Location may play a role. I'm in New England and used in the same area.
