I've done WAY more than 600mg. Pregabalin is notorious for rapid tolerance. I think it would probably take weeks or months of abstinence for tolerance to totally rest to zero

I think pregabalin tolerance is like a rollercoaster. It goes way up fast and then way down.

I agree with that. Tolerance skyrockets fast and goes down fast too. Other story are withdrawals, you might be successful at getting high again in a normal dose, but you'll get physically dependent again in no time, even just with one dose if you don't wait enough.

I was one of the lucky ones who didn't get withdrawals. I am not anymore.
 
Take around 300-600mg every few weeks too and really enjoy the effects.
 
Have had a week of just smashing the pregabs now nearing stupid doses 5 300 mg for breakfast then continue through day to around 4000mg to feel it will have to taper down . I hate pregab withdrawals but can not help myself. Have a hard time tapering so will do a quick week-long one get as low as I can and then just go through the shit

After a month of abstinance i find just one 300 mg will get me really high that the best of pregabs the first day.
 
I need to take breaks from pregabalin to get it working again. Does it work if I only take 300mg for 2-3 days and then take 900mg or 1200mg? or something like that? Or should it just not take anything to make it work? 300mg helps a lot with my anxiety, stopping them to make it work seems difficult at the moment, I have covid and I am isolated.
 
I've been wondering if you should take Lyrica every 12 hours (medical use)? I've been taking it so, that I've taken the first dose in the morning and the second in the afternoon. Anyhow, yesterday I didn't take the second dose at all, and didn't feel much different. Soo, would it be more beneficial if I'd just take it once in the morning and once in the evening?
 
I'm curious about cross tolerance with Gabapentin. I take gabapentin occasionally, although I need around 4g staggered to feel good with "no tolerance", and even that isn't what it used to be, and if I dose even 6 grams a few days after that I'll get no effect. I haven't taken pregabalin in like 10 years, but just got a script for it. I havent had gabapentin in about two weeks. I started with 600mg. Hope its not underwhelming :( back in my hay day, 2g of gabapentin had me flying, and 3g having hallucinatory dream like state, but I seem to have permenantly destroyed that for myself.

Is there something wrong with them i just got some of a mate they seem to do the job . The capsule is smaller then the ones the NHS are but india does make a lot of generic medicine cant be to bad
 
I don't normally taper but have the last few times it helps. What I want to know is if im using about 5000 mg a day can I drop to say 1200mg without a withdrawal and then taper from there because 1200 mg should be enough in the system to stop wd thats what im hoping
 
If i were you man, I'd switch over to something more potent like f-phenibut and taper with that. Thats an extreme amount of pregabalin to be taking. Feeling this 600mg pretty good at t+1hr.

Fuck, gabapentinoids make cigarettes so good.

This stuff has the dirty feeling of alcohol though, compared to the awesome body high of gabapentin.

I got phenibut hcl will that do . I just been smashing the pregabs and the magic gone so just do 5000 mg or more this morning i took 7 300mg just to start the day i hate pregab wd and am shitting it . Even if i can take the phenibut for a few days get tolerance to pregabs down and the quick pregab taper will that work

I doubt the sort of jump you are looking to do will be painless, but I've never been physically dependent, and don't understand the neurology of such a situation well enough to say for sure. You will probably withdraw a lot going from 5g to 1.5g. As for the phenibut, I think its actually less potent, but f-phenibut would be (anecdotally) more potent, and maybe easier to taper.

If i were in your situation, id taper with f-phenibut, and maybe use some benzos towards the end of it. Sorry to hear man, that really sucks. Best wishes <3

Good thing is i have got a lot of pregabs so can taper slow if need be thinking my pregab withdrawals normally last a week . I first use them for heroin withdrawl and had lots of pregab wd after that . Im thinking of even doing valium first few days to control anxiety and then jump back on the pregabs at a lower starting dose and taper from there . Thanks for your input brother i sort of know im gonna feel shit but jumping at a low dose be bettewr then at 5000mg i know what hell that is.

My brother don't get a physical dependence once tolerance goes up the buzz not the really good music sound great euphoria that taking it max once a week is
 
I let you guys know how it goes I start tomorrow wont go into wd until 36 hours after stopping then its hell
 
How does it go with valium? This 600mg feels like 1.5g of gabapentin should. Or should I take another 300? Probably best to just take a benzo and try again in a week with 1g.

If your question was for me im not sure but i taken it with valium i was just nodding off and the next morning worse headache of my life but im a benzo virgin really hardly ever take them just keep them for wd

I very rarely take them, but im considering taking like 30-40mg diazepam. Id be concerned of blacking out with how similar this is to alcohol. But its extremely mild at 1.5 hours from 600mg. What I dont want to do is make my tolerance worse so next week when I take 1000mg it doesn't work, so I dont think ill take any more tonight.

If you leave it a week you be ok your tolerance won't be affected. The pregabs normally hit at 2.5-hour mark eat them on an empty stomach it works a lot better . I was blacking out on adding valium just 20 mg felt really good at first but i made the mistake of taking poppy pods aswell i fell asleep eating my bowl of fruity pebbles
