Oh yes on your remark about not finding benzos recreational I perhaps would not myself except I can bind them with both my edible cannabis and daily kava consumption and benzodiazepines and kava greatly potentiate each other- the euphoria and bliss especially.

And Etizolam is regarded as just about the most recretational benzo too, the only one I use.

Clonozolam keeps me asleep much longer, but I feel offsorts and a bit unwell after taking that one.

A superficial trip will be fun, everything will be good and nice. There won't be any challenges. Music will sound good, you see some pretty colours and patterns and so on. A superficial trip is entertaining, but a little unconvincing.

A truly meaningful trip can still be fun, but it will challenge you as well. It will show you some insights that will leave you changed "for the better" (I recognize there's a can of worms there) after the drug has worn off. It might give you inspiration, perspective on your life situation, help you solve a problem, or give you an artistic insight. It will be rich in nuance, understanding, and presence. The senses will be enhanced, but in a way that reveals the suchness of existence/reality/experience, and not just some window dressing on top of it. You leave it feeling refreshed and new.

It's pretty hard to define... I wonder if I simply like drugs that are a bit dark and less visual lol - and none of this explains why I'm a big fan of 2C-D and not 2C-B. Maybe I'm just contrarian.

What's your take TAC? And anyone else...
 
If you ever want a good laugh on reddit watching dumb fuck kids argue that their plug sells them 750 ug tabs and that 300 ug is only a light trip lmfaooo!. Jesus i have zero faith in this new generation of teenagers literally have the most powerful research tool called the internet where they can read any old book from the 60's highlighting true doses and they still think their high school plug makes their lsd and doses it at 750 ug lmao what is the education system these days they need to start teaching them critical thinking.

On 2cb its a psychedelic which is very dose dependent i have had some insane insights on life on 2cb on crazy doses. P.S don't eye ball and snort a dose that will send you to the outer regions of space. 2cb can get very powerful at doses above 40 mg pretty sure ego death is possible aswell at huge doses of it.

Why is this a thing.

I almost lost my shit on 100 ug. Then I got hungry. A few days later I wrote a beautiful story.

As an unrelated aside, the most interesting effect(IMO), which aren’t really replicable without a lot of time between trips, is the experience of novelty. I was reminded of that after doing a key bump of ketamine earlier this week, which in retrospect was probably not the smartest move because it sent me straight into the lower trip zone. Thought deceleration, confusion, and that novelty. Body parts are great, focusing on good aspects of what you’re looking to purchase should be applauded, and the ability to communicate is cool. It’s not exactly a good look when you’re trying to navigate several discord servers, but it’s such a neat feeling. I scrolled back over after I came down and noticed that I saved my ass from embarrassment a few times.
 
100 ug is a full blown trip its possible to achieve cosmic consciousness on it especially if somebody has only ever had street blotters that were never dosed above 50 ug. Half a 100 ug tab still gives me nice visuals. Lowest dose i took was around 15 ug and realized that is still too much for a microdose. Last year i had a full blown visual peak on 70 ug my blanket turned into a fucking monkey skull in the 4th dimension was pretty epic. 150 ug and my visual field is totally blinded pretty much.

Ketamine always makes me feel to much deja vu even while not on it for weeks after. But i love the novelty feeling. You ever play video games on ketamine i swears it literally using real life cheats it makes you a fucking god on video games.
 
been quite a while since I've taken 2c-b 50mg down the hatch a few minutes ago.

The last time I took it from this batch I didn't go into the full blown geometry land which I'm used to during the peak and was quite disappointed. Curious if something is off on my current batch, tested as 2C-B, body high, time dilation, duration and background visuals were as expected. It has a slight sweet taste before the normal 2C-B taste hits me when I put it on my tongue. A bit curious if something is off with it's purity, I guess I'll find out in an hour or two.

That reminds me of playing Metal Gear Solid 5 coming down from a goddamn heroic dose of ketamine earlier this week, but after the novelty experience. It really gels with the game and gives it this dreamlike vibe.

I may have gone through a lot of ketamine this week. I am out of ketamine now and will probably give it a rest for a bit.
 
I was kinda losing my shit telling my girlfriend that I wont be able to communicate for a while and the song on the run was on in the background and I farted along to the ending of the song and it was just fucking hilarious
 
^nice, I've got some 2C-E that I've had for 10 years now and still haven't sampled it yet, I think I will next weekend. I've tried 2C-B, 2C-C, 2C-D & 2C-I.

I see your 2C- E and I raise you 1C.

I took ~17mg of 3C-E sublingually today for a walk in an art park and maybe some fun with my partner afterwards. I've been meaning to try this at a higher dosage, even though by most accounts it shines as a day brightener around 10mg orally. It actually didn't seem like it was much potentiated by the sublingual ROA, but it did dramatically shorten the comeup.
 
How did the 3C-E go? How did the 2C-E go?

I took a museum-level dose of 5-MeO-DiPT today for a nature hike. Recorded some great sounds, and ended up thinking about my cat a lot and thought about my regrets and remembered for a bit her burial, and such, and then it became too much, but it felt good to cry for a second because after the day it happened, I have been uncontrollably in "rock mode" to help my girlfriend not feel too guilty.

I am cooking some chicken of the woods (mushroom) I found right before leaving the detox cabin, into a curry, it smells really good.

Last night my band played a show, we had my buddy who is mixing our album and is in my other band do our sound, and it was - by far - the best our stage and audience sound has been. We also brought all our own gear to set up the entire stage, all the PAs, the sound board, everything. Such a good show, we were all sober, and really killed it. We played at a popular brewery spot and had a nice crowd, a number of people bought merch and talked us up afterwards. Felt good. I stayed sober all night except for a bump of K afterwards, and left the afterparty before midnight.

Also I have had this insane sciatica/back pain since I got home, it's really awful, it's in my lower back/legs, and at the base of my neck, it's excruciating at times. No idea what the deal is, I'm about to get a new mattress though. But my girlfriend's bed is really hard and I like sleeping with her, but fuck, my back is killing me.

It's been a weird week.
 
It was actually very refreshing and stronger than I'd anticipated it would be. Watched all kinds of wacky stuff on youtube for awhile and then went for a walk to go pick up some cherry italian ice...my favorite food in the world. Had a perma-grin going pretty much the whole day everything looking incredibly vibrant. The weather is changing here and the cool breeze felt so nice, been struggling with a depression the past week and this really seemed to help me with that drastically. Super glad I found that last night, it will deff get you high at this dosage level which is freaking amazing 2C-E is a really powerful drug.
 
Yeah, 2C-B is definitely a highly visual drug. :)

Yeah 2C-E is nuts, so strong. I once took 2mg, thinking it would be a microdose, ended up having light visuals and being totally out of my element trying to work, it was a mistake to take that as a day enhancer and go about my normal day.
 
When I first received my 2C-E I did a few test runs to make sure it wasn't toxic. The first test was < 1mg, and there were some faint effects even at that level. I think I went through a few more increments, like 1mg and 2mg, which also had noticeable effects.

My first real trip on it was 8mg, which was plenty strong for a trip, and then I've taken it up to 16mg, which was a bit too much for me at the time. My favourite dosage has been 10-12mg so far, but I would like to take it up to 18-20mg in the right environment and prep at some point.

It's a gem for sure.

Not sure I can do much better than what has already been said, but for some time now I've felt that, generally, psychedelics seem to exaggerate the nature of my mind in a way that helps me understand it better. I like to tell people that it makes me into a caricature of myself, which can highlight both good and bad things about my personality.

Yeah, I was caught off guard by how powerful 2C-E was at 4 mg myself. I think it might just be my go-to fix for when I'm craving the sort of mind-melting power of drugs in its category. Like other drugs in the 2C series, it strikes me as incredibly smooth and pleasant for a trip of its strength (even though the trip itself may not always be so smooth or pleasant).
