Heroin Mid South U.S. Heroin Discussion

Sorta long story but my wife & I will be moving down to N.C. at some point later this year. It really depends on how long renovations on our new house take &/or how long it takes for said renovations to get started. I'm curious as to how things will be regarding both the substances mentioned on this page though. 😁

I'm guessing the 'dope' scene is similar there in N.C. in that H no longer exists & what is sold is basically a mix of random shit with some F analogue or "RC" opioid sprinkle on top? As for the cannabis I'm sure I won't be able to find as good a hook up as we have now but am hoping that quality is at least available? Where I'm at now I get top notch (legal state quality but not legal state) delivered at relatively reasonable prices. Well the level of stuff we buy is reasonable (great) for the quality we get but they also offer uber high grade shit that's absurdly costly but I digress. So I'm hoping that we can at least find a hook up on good quality smoke. I haven't been in the 'dope' scene in a year or so. I finally gave up on it after going through twenty some H purity test kits & having a large number not even come up with "low". They might have been very active but they sure as hell weren't H. :\

It'd be refreshing to hear that H is still available in the area but I'm not getting my hopes up. Honestly I have no idea how we'll connect with anyone for anything. My wife & are I are the opposite of social. We're homebodies. I really don't know how we'd end up meeting anyone outside of people that my family there introduces us to. I'm hoping my sister who lives in the state has a friend that knows someone or something. It's quite unlikely though as she doesn't do any substances & her husband is military. As such it's highly unlikely I'll be able to get any help connecting with anyone through people that family knows. Though she's not opposed to cannabis at all & she's into the whole yoga & wellness scene so it's possible she knows someone there now that I think on it. :unsure:

I'm getting off on a tangent as I'm known to do so I'll go ahead & sum it up. I'm sure it'll still be a bit before we're able to move down & in but I figure it can't hurt to pop into this thread & say hello. :) We'll be moving to a town a bit north of Raleigh for reference in terms of were we'll be located BTW.

As someone else who's recently moved to Charlotte, if it's anything cannabis related it's not too hard to find decent connects here. As for actual quality, it can vary pretty dramatically but I've never run into any obviously shitty bud. As for H, I can't help you there but other opioids like hydros and percs can be found quite easily.

Hmm apparently I was being to generalized & basically mistaken as to the location I'm moving to. 😆 I mentioned Raleigh as it was the first thing that came to mind. It's actually much closer to Durham now that I've looked at a map & asked my sister what the nearest city you would tell someone you live near if asked. I guess I should have looked first. The nearest "landmark" city is Durham. The actual location is north of Durham. The location on the map would be Roxboro with where we're heading being basically on the 501 it appears. My apologies I had my geography all fucked up. :\

I'm pleasantly surprised to hear what's been said about H. Up where I'm at on the border of PA/NY the only thing available here is powder that is as I mentioned definitely not H. I didn't realize that tar was available in NC I was under the impression that it was only a west coast thing. I've never had the opportunity to try tar. Well that's not 100% true. When I lived in AZ I once smoked what was supposed to be opium but in retrospect was likely BTH but I digress. I'd be thrilled to find actual H again regardless of the form it comes in. With the way chronic pain patients like myself have been kicked to the curb here in the US having access to a source of pain relief once again would definitely help improve my quality of life. The random opioid mixtures that pass as 'dope' in my area are just not a viable option for my purposes. I'll have to see what happens one I move there but I'm glad to hear there's hope for once again having access to H. 🤞

I have surgeries I need to get done that will entail a good few weeks to a month of what is for me intense pain that I'm trying to plan for. I've managed to acquire a supply of methadone for that time frame but am lacking in anything IR. H would fit that purpose well enough. It's interesting to hear that not only is there Tar but it's generally not cut with other active opioids such as F analogues. Based on the replies it sounds like Durham is one of the better areas in that regard. Again the replies are appreciated.

I see. I'm glad to hear that cannabis is readily available. I'm also happy to hear that despite the quality varying dramatically there's nothing obviously bad. Hopefully I run into stuff on the higher end. 😁 Generally speaking my experience most places has been good quality is available if you're willing to pay for it. Thanks for the heads up. I haven't taken hydrocodone or oxycodone in quite some time but I appreciate the information none the less. In regards to my consuming them on general they've become unfeasible economically considering tolerance & pricing. :\

Again I really appreciate the welcoming replies. I'm glad to see that there are some nice friendly people in the state. :)
 
Hello, I am new here but i have a question. I have been on methadone for 15 years for chronic pain. My last doctor was very smart but he was audited by the feds and has reduced my medicine down to just 6 methadone per day so i have 2 for morning, 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner and none to take at night so i cannot sleep. I asked to be released from his care and thought i had found another pain doctor closer to home however after getting my charts and a referral i went for an appointment only to be told that they would prescribe any other opioid except for methadone. I only need 8 10mg methadone tablets per day. I have called probably called 40 pain doctors just today and i cannot find anyone that are willing to prescribe me methadone. The methadone clinics will not take me because i am not on heroin. I am very afraid of falling through the cracks and becoming another statistic.

I have PTSD from being arrested so many times every time a cop pulls up behind me I get a full on anxiety attack even if I'm driving clean and doing nothing wrong.

Personally don't see that many around me, but then again I mostly stay around the north end of Charlotte near the university.
 
hey all my fellow carolinians, are there any cool local events to go to around here?

Other than concerts and generic psychedelic festivals I used to go to this event in AZ called the Gem and Jam. Combination of a mineral/gem show and a hippy festival. Was pretty cool.

Maybe I'm just lucky then. Cause everytime I drive from Charlotte to Asheville I rarely see more than one or two cops the whole way.
