He was a threat. He punched a cop in the face, stole his weapon and discharged the weapon at police.you're admitting he wasn't a threat. Noted.
It wasn't allegedly. He drove drunk to the Wendy's and fell asleep in the drive-thru (because he was drunk).allegedly.
Cops checked his record and saw that he had a violent criminal history.
He failed a sobriety test so police procedure was to place him under arrest.
That's where it should've ended.
I don't understand people trying to defend this guy? Or not admitting that his actions directly led to his own death.
You want justice for George Floyd? I will join you in that fight.
You want to claim this is similar and demonize police? GTFO.
You can disagree with some laws yet still support the concept of the police.I never understood how drug user can defend the biggest gang on the planet the fucking pigs acab ftp
This is why people who wish to eliminate the police are so short-sighted.
It's funny because I talk to a friend of mine (black) who is ex-military and he thinks I'm too hard on police when I claim that there's almost certainly a substantial % of police who are psychopaths. But then when I speak to super-Lefties they say that I love police and am a bootlicker.
He had an extensive rap sheet, it wasn't his first rodeo.they spoke to him for 40 minutes and then tried to arrest him thats when he fought and went crazy. Now since jail in america is pretty bad and once you get in anyway it is very likely as a black person the system will fuck you in every way ending up spending 30 + years for a small crime due to prison gangs etc. So maybe this freaked him out so he reacted the way he did. The problem is the entire american system the cops are taught to shoot to kill for any little thing.
We can attempt to explain the reasoning behind his actions but it doesn't change the fact that what he did was wrong, illegal, put the public in danger and he should be held accountable for his actions.
Should we also try and justify why he abused children? Some actions are just wrong and need to be called out.
Unless everyone here is arguing that DUI should be legal?
