Shit back in the day I used to forget about all these issues and literally penetrate my crack pipe
I miss free crack, I've bought coke but not crack still like crackShit back in the day I used to forget about all these issues and literally penetrate my crack pipe
If that’s all correct then that cunt deserved shootingMaybe cops wouldn't be so suspicious of specific individuals if they weren't such violent criminals:
"Rayshard's Brooks criminal history includes multiple violent felonies. (The media isn't reporting on this and I had to pull the case history myself.)
That explains why police called for back-up.
Man oh man the media left some pretty huge details out of this story.
- Felony Cruelty to Children
- Battery, Family Violence
- False Imprisonment
Violent felonies going back years, including beating his family and kids. But yeah can't imagine why officer called for back-up and didn't just let him go with a Taser on him."

I deserve shooting too.yeah let's allow the cops to murder civilians for shit they did 5-10 years ago. That sounds nice.
have you ever done anything in your life that you would be ashamed to admit soso?
shouldnt we leave courts and juries to it rather than live in a police state?
I deserve shooting too.
Luckily I live in a half decent country
I have no faith in either.ok so, courts and juries or police states?
I have no faith in either.
courts fail people everyday,
I fucking hate all cops why do the pigs always do kill shots? shoot him in the leg or some shit
Not only was the shooting justified, it was a textbook case of force escalation. If you fire a weapon, attack a police officer, have a weapon in your hand, or look as though you are going for a weapon and are a violent criminal do not be surprised when your ass gets shot.Maybe people wouldn't freak out around the cops if they stopped shooting people and people like you stopped defending it.
For fucks sake. I saw the video. They grabbed him to cuff him AS they were saying he was under arrest. They gave him no time to judge intelligently either.
I've been arrested. But I was fortunate enough to be arrested in Australia (and be a white female rather than a black male). I wasn't handcuffed for probably 20 minutes after I was arrested, and even then I was only handcuffed while they transported me. They uncuffed me immediately after.
But most American cops have totally forgotten that they're supposed to be public servants, and people like you have let them.
For the record, I was arrested for the same thing as this guy, driving under the influence (heroin though not alcohol, and I was actually driving not presumed to have been recently driving like this guy).
What the cops did was ILLEGAL. It is ILLEGAL to shoot a fleeing man who doesn't pose an immediate risk to your life.
The cops are not above the fucking law. Stop telling them that they are.

Did you watch this video?
Georgia code title 16.3.21
(a) A person is justified in threatening or using force against another when and to the extent that he or she reasonably believes that such threat or force is necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person against such other's imminent use of unlawful force; however, except as provided in Code Section 16-3-23 , a person is justified in using force which is intended or likely to cause death or great bodily harm only if he or she reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily injury to himself or herself or a third person or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.
The cop had a taser fired at him. That is GBI, or could cause GBI, and the shooting was justified.Georgia code title 16.3.21

Ultimately what's considered reasonable is up to a jury.
I imagine your quite a small woman that doesn’t appear very threatening. If u a big ass dude they would prob treat u differently
they spoke to him for 40 minutes and then tried to arrest him thats when he fought and went crazy. Now since jail in america is pretty bad and once you get in anyway it is very likely as a black person the system will fuck you in every way ending up spending 30 + years for a small crime due to prison gangs etc. So maybe this freaked him out so he reacted the way he did. The problem is the entire american system the cops are taught to shoot to kill for any little thing. If they feel so threatened they should be trying to keep him calm. Grabbing him and trying to handcuff him in the middle of telling him he's under arrest appears excessive under the circumstances. And it was that action that set off his attempt to escape.
The problem I have with them doing it this way, is that they gave the guy no time to think rationally. If they had it might have gone down differently.
Ultimately though it's still one of the lesser problems here. The real mistake was shooting him when they weren't legally justified.
