Any Difference in Drug Supply?

No change here. Everything still available according to local sources, lockdown doesn't seem to have discouraged business as usual.
 
Street supply is still in abundance
Pharm supply seems to be taking a knock and certain high schedule meds are becoming scarcer and scarcer.

I was like alright sure whatever, what's your number then? He said he don't know it off by heart, you give me your number. I was getting dodgy vibes and I'm like nah forget it I'm sorted for weed anyway. He said "don't waste my time then" and walked off.

I just started proper fucking laughing! I turned to my mate and was like... did that happen the way I think it did? He walks up to us, asks if we want his number which he can't even tell us, and has a go at us for wasting his time? She's laughing too and goes yeah that's what happened. We were proper cracking up for a few straight minutes 😂

As for the sesh itself we proper went in since I've not had a real sesh since Feb when I spent a few nights with my girl for Valentine's and for her I think she didn't proper sesh since last year.

I was fucking King of Seshlihem mate. I did, let's see:
  1. Normal morning dose of dex
  2. Phenibut 1.2g
  3. Two tianeptine sodium 10mg caps, redosed this on the comedown too, very short half-life and duration on this so it gave me a nice mild opiate high on the comeup then made for good landing gear later but didn't dull the peak at all
  4. A couple eyeballed MDMA caps, was meant to add up to a low dose like ~100mg but I'm pretty fucking sure I actually did at least 250mg from the pure intensity of the roll
  5. Shared a couple pure joints throughout, I always roll pures, and it was proper quality shit too, mostly did this just after the peak and on the comedown
  6. Landing gear: 240mg DHC, 20mg oxy, 20mg tianeptine, couple strong joints, some sips out of a big bottle of kratom water
She had roughly the same but with lower opiate doses and no dex, but her MDMA caps were a letdown (they were from her own powder) so I gave her half an M&M pill from my stash and she was flying after that.

It was pure luck I was going through some old stash spots during the week to look for phenibut and happened to find a little Mandy powder I forgot about so I told her and she was like I have a bit leftover too and we were like, we're meeting on Saturday ain't we, let's make it a sesh.

Was fucking great. I woke up still high this morning from the opiates. Was probably a bad idea to take the oxy but eh was only 20mg, I don't have my own stash to fiend on, and nodding instead of crashing was great.

No benzos the whole day which I am happy with too, usually I need one to get a proper sleep after a big dose of MD but the phenibut and opiates had me covered.

Phenibut might seem like a weird thing to take alongside Mandy but honestly it was amazingly synergetic. Phenibut at a dose of just over a gram has me energetic, social, and gives me increased physical sensations. You can imagine with Mandy it was perfect. Had us both chatting a lot, kinda cokeish, but with the full Mandy experience in tact and we actually listened to each other and had proper convos instead of talking over each other. And the body high was something else.

Man gotta be the best sesh I've had in a long long time. Will absolutely be doing the phenibut + MDMA combo again in the future.

Feel like I should write up an Erowid report just because that whole mix of drugs is not one I've ever seen talked about before. I'm a fucking pioneer mate.

I’ve done Phenibut with MDMA many times and dont go without it much these days. I tried this out after seeing the amazing synergy between GHB and MDMA, and indeed there’s synergy here too.

The tianeptine though is an addition I haven’t heard much about, I’ve been curious due to its serotonin modulating properties what might happen. Sounds like it wasnt bad ;)

Appreciate the report man.

Man I really wanna try GHB. Have never given that one a go but I know I'll love it since I love phenibut so much.

Loads of synergy between phenibut and MDMA for sure, this is a go to combo from now on 100%.

To be honest I don't think the tianeptine added very much. It provided a smooth come up but once the synergy of the MDMA and phenibut really hit that's what took over the whole experience. And as landing gear it was really the oxy and DHC doing the heavy lifting, with a helping hand from good old weed of course. Overall I haven't found tianeptine to be anything special aside from working as a potentiator for other opis.

Will see if I can do a write up (or at least a first draft) of the experience for Erowid over the weekend.

Next up I really wanna try dex and phenibut. There's no reason that shouldn't feel utterly fucking amazing especially as a social combo. Will see this weekend possibly, depending on if I get my bromazepam and Oramorph by then. If so I'll be on that instead because, well, it's a muscle relaxing benzo and a bottle of morphine... need I say more?

Dex and Phenibut is amazing too, you’ll love it. I usually go about 500mg Phenibut, 5-10mg amp, some caffeine and a few drinks and you’ll be chatting people up like no other.


I’ll never forget my first time with Phenibut and MDMA. I also added in a tiny bit of d-meth too (200mg, 120+40mg, and 2mg respectively with some LSD thrown on top).

The first hour or two was a bit interesting but soon as it came on, to this day even after over decade and half of rolling, that might of been my best roll ever with my brother. We were so on point yet so out there I loved every fucking minute of it.

We were running around this festival causing an absolute ruckus. My brother just kept looking at me and was like “man I think we’ve dialed it in” (aka we hit the sweet spot in terms of pharmacological ecstasy). It was one of those nights that you smile about every time it comes to mind.

Keep in mind this was both me and his first time with both Phenibut and d-meth so our receptors were virgin.

I remember eating the Phenibut, d-meth, LSD at 7pm dancing until 8pm then eating another dose of L and the MDMA. There’s a video of us someone took and put it on YouTube of us standing in front of the stage 8am or so only few people left chatting up a storm like we had just woke up.

The best part was the lack of comedown, at the dosages used we got all the good and very little bad. A tiny bit of irritability but in all worth it. I’ve since used it in similar dosages with very positive effect.

In fact I credit that combo for essentially saving my life and making me realize I had to finally get a major medical problem treated. Looking back I had very little time, while under the influence it made that painfully obvious.

Definitely report back on the dex/Phenibut combo! More folks need to learn of this synergy. Phenibut and Maca are two highly underrated greatly synergistic substances.

Benzos are much worse than opioids.You act like a jackass on them and everybody can tell you are on drugs (just like slmeone whos super drunk).
The addiction and withdrawals from them are crazy. Be set to taper for years once you have been addicted to them for a few years.
Cold turkey can mean death from seizure or permanent brain damage. Opioid withdrawql is also bad and is a shock to your body,but it cant kill you and isnt really dangerous (heroin/oxy atleast).
There have been reports from high dose carfentanyl withdrawal that can be quite dangerous in older individuals or people with some kind of other disease. Fentanyl and its analogues cause for beta arrestin recruitment and the super high affinity plays are part. With super high affinity ligands like carfentanyl or lofentanyl its almost like a irreversible agonist that receptors literally just die from the excess activation.

This is such a wholesome story man, and wow it even quite literally saved your fucking life too! Love that your combo helped you in such a way. I don't think I'll ever forget my experience either.

And yeah I will report back on dex + pheni when I do it, depends how my weekend plans turn out.
 
Agreed benzo withdrawal just goes on and on. Sleep is fucked for months.
Get off the smack and those 5 days aren't a lot of fun. But you did it to yourself so no sympathy to be had from anyone.

Just remember it's all self inflicted and I find it helps not to wallow in self pity.
 
Anyone here priori Patel yday ? She said there were drug stashed in the ppe that they ordered ! She must think no ones listening anymore . None of them . Right load of daily waffle that , proper 1984 reading of digits deadlines , stats and more lies with a bit of code
 
Street drugs are all still about Birmingham way, and what's not available on the street is all available through dn/snapchat. One of my guys has tried to up a few prices on scripts though so maybe they're drying up?
 
Weed is no different, with no change in supply, selection, price or quality around the midlands. There are a lot of pharmaceuticals going about, mainly methadone, diazepam, tramadol, oramorph... I assume due to the increase in take home methadone scripts and the ease of obtaining a larger supply of prescribed meds/upping the potency or dosage without the usual face to face appointments and lack of specialist care.

Aye, ketamine quality has already gone way down hill.
Vendors that were supplying top notch S isomer are now dishing out either 'R' isomer (left-over from an 'S' batch as it is a non-stereospecific synthesis) or else deschloroketaime or tiletamine.

Your best bet now as a K head is to get 2-fluoro-deschloroketamine. It's alot more like methoxetamine than ketamine but a hell of alot more satisfying than the dysphoric shite that dark net vendors are passing off as ketamine at the moment.
