I think people abuse Adderall a lot. There are many you don't hear about in the mainstream because drug companies/doctors are just trying to rake in cash. I've never done meth, but Addy had a grip on me. I've seen plenty of people on the Quitting Adderall forum who were quite addicted as well.
Some people report no euphoria really.. just focus and a caffeine-like feeling.
For me, adderall is the most euphoric drug I've ever encountered. It's more euphoric and pleasurable than opiates which is weird. I think it's just our individual brain chemistries being similar. That dives into a deeper addiction themed topic but the root of our problems stem from maderall just feeling too damn good for us. The weird thing about me personally is how I can temporarily stop my use after 3 days in a row. The stims feel awful after the third day, so I go back to being a normal human and wait it out. I don't know what other people's habits are like timeline wise. This has helped alleviate some of the problems its created for me imo
