^The best thing for a headache would be Ibuprofen or aspirin.
Do you think the headache is some kind of withdrawal symptom? Ibuprofen works great. Xanax shouldn't hurt, but I don't see how it could help a headache. Feel better soon! ❤️
 
you trying to take less xanax because you’ve been taking too much? unbearable headaches are part of acute benzo withdrawal.

i only take, yes baby aspirin, and it works wonders. but not this time. ibuprofen hurts my stomach its too much. I did take the .5 xanax and ate. still fighting what feels like a cluster headache coming on. I think it was triggered from long hours of working; being tired, and definitely dehydration. It was in intense heat yesterday. I might take another .5 xanax just to slow me down today and try to get me to sleep it off. i rarely take more than .5 though. I hope I am not withdrawing but .05 ? really ?
could be but I am trying so much to be really careful ! I might still be feeling the bad paws from quitting hydrocodone after years of it though. I am terrified to take it because it triggered 3 cluster headaches switching from benzo to hydro. But when I get back on a prescription for the hydocodone I will just ween back on it. and of course promise to not abuse. Just waiting on a prescriber to return to the area. And then definitely will Be gone with the alprazolam !

i only take .05 thats it. but it is fun walking going to the lake and smoking (bud) with it. I enjoy walking the dogs on xanax but I would really fall over on a bike ! I really never take too much of anything but I want to be able to do things again especially ride my mountain bike. ☺☺☺☺☺☺ THANK YOU for EVERYTHING !

edit: okay I was trying to say that i didn't smoke bud and dabs that much when I was taking hydrocodone just every once in a while while
and right after my appointments because the dr's office did drug testing when on pain managenent.
I can't really remember the rest of what I am trying to say, or was. But just now adding it gets to be a frustrating and complicated universe just about everyday and for everything and every little thing. TAKE CARE ??.

my head hurts, just wanna cry but I start shaking first. maybe I will pull through and remember what I was trying to tell you ♡♡♡♡
 
i keep having deja vu's. i'm so foggy. whaat.
okay i am going to try to rest with a cold pack on head and then try to get responsibilities in order and get things done that are needed, tomorrow hopefully. wow i feel wrecked. I was trying to explain my mountain bike life and being ambulatory and how I was doing really great and happy now i just can't.

And what a kind heart You have ?.

I woke up and could still feel, I don't know how to explain it, a residue of a slight headache not too bad but I feel drained too. I felt Extra tired because I took an additional .05mg alprazolam to relax and sleep and I did sleep alot, I am thinking over 9 hrs. I don't know. Anyway the sleep helped alot bc I wasn't in pain once I fell asleep. I don't think the headache was from the xanax or lack of xanax. it could have added to it all.
The headaches might be from some underlying condition. Haven't been feeling the way I want to (healthy) for a while now.

^ We just want you to be well. If you think there's an underlying condition and you haven't been feeling healthy, it would be best to go to the doctor to get a check up. Explain to the doctor how you've been feeling. At least that way you can find out what's been going on. Take care of yourself. You're a sweetheart. ???
 
This has been a weird day. Not that there are days which aren't weird. It just ended with me registering here.
Wondering where this will take us?..
 
I haven't been taking pain meds now and it feels so weird.
My muscles still hurt a little bit frequently now too.
I am still kinda weak. ?.
Constant nausea except when xanax helps.
And it becomes difficult to stay stoned constantly.
Other than that, I will roll out of bed one of these years.
Gave up diet coke for Redbull.
One would think I should be the epitome of health. ?✌.
