With my original band that I'm playing shows with this weekend, our bass player is sudden;y out of the band, which is actually a good thing. Honestly I've wanted him out of the band for months, he's kind of a dick and basically a loser, he mooches off everyone and refuses to work, he constantly talks shit about our drummer, and he sucks at the bass and won't put the work into getting better. Also he has never once paid rent in 4 months of living with my guitar player, who is one of the nicest people I know and hasn't kicked him out. But for the past month he's been telling the guy that another friend is moving in because he will pay rent, and the bass player has been saying shit like "he's not getting my room!" or just ignoring it. Well, the new guy (a good friend who is the front man of my friend's band) had to be out of his old place by the 30th, and on the 30th the bass player hadn't moved anything out. He came over with his stuff and the dude flipped out, said that this was the first he heard of it, cussed out my guitar player, unfriended him on Facebook, told him he's a horrible person, and stormed out, and left all his stuff there. The new roommate was really cool about it and just slept on the couch for a couple of days. But then when they were gone the other day, he came back and stole cash off his dresser, and a $100 pair of headphones, and moved a few things out. When they found out, they put all the rest of his stuff outside, changed the locks and told him to get his stuff and that it was outside. So, needless to say, he's not in the band anymore. 8( Good riddance though. We already have a friend who is a very good bass player who is going to practice with us tomorrow, and practice the chord charts beforehand, and play our shows with us for now, and will probably do a better job right out of the gate.

Anyway I can't believe what a douche the old bass player was, why doesn't he realize my guitar player was the best friend he had? He let him live there rent-free for 4 months, meanwhile the dude trashes the place all the time and is really unpleasant to live with and super selfish about everything. So what does he do? Burns all the bridges, never pays him the money he owes him, and instead steals from him? And clearly he has convinced himself he was grievously wronged in this situation, too. Fuck off dude... well, I'm glad he's gone.
 
^^What's 4-MMC like? Is it all that it's hyped to be? It's the only 'RC' to break through to mass use aside from 2C-B that I can tell, so there must be something there. Always wanted to try it but showed up way too late to the game :(

As an aside, Xork, I doubt your girl would take kindly to you running around. Every time I think I've reached some acceptance of my sexuality with Mrs. Gravy?, she gets miffed over a girl hitting on me. I think women are too variable to accept anything they say at face value until there's been a clear guideline set.

All I'm saying is, tread carefully. Up until recently you seemed star struck with your girl. Now she has growing issues with depression/you want kids and it seems y'all are parting. I don't know if that's what you want, but it doesn't mean the relationship must end, nor is populating a dying earth my opinion of productive, but of course, I'm a bit more of a pessimist than you. (y)
 
Yeah I wouldn't actually do anything without talking to her about it first. I have to have a talk with her about the future soon as it is. I'm not worried at all about flirting, she asks me to flirt with girls that are hitting on me when she's there because she loves it, it turns her on and makes her feel like "yeah he's mine". She doesn't care about that and never has, but yeah actually doing something is a different thing.

I'm still really into my girl. She's a great partner, she's very loving and supportive, just a good woman. If really think if she could see this therapist and work through her issues, it might fix everything that's wrong. But it's a big drain being with someone who is frequently depressed and anxious and feels utterly defeated and like it's too late for her to feel fulfillment in her life. That part really sucks but everything else is great and I really love her. That part is just a pretty big deal...

4-MMC was nice. I was told it might be cut or something as it seems maybe a bit not quite as strong as it should be (and of course it's black market at this point unlike pre-ban). I am familiar with 3-MMC and it was similar yet I felt much more compelled to talk. Of course I also did some coke (but not a lot), which contributed I'm sure. It was really nice, I enjoyed it a lot, but it did seem to not quite live up to the hype. So who knows. I only got a little over a gram and the dosage is high so I used it all in 2 days. But that seems pretty normal. It could have possibly been 3-MMC for all I know. It was definitely very similar to 3-MMC, and was certainly a cathinone close to it. Very, very smooth, no lossy comedown feeling at all, though I was drinking which masks that sort of thing pretty well. No crash, no hangover, it was stimulating but not at all unpleasantly so. Gradual comedown, rather than an abrupt loss. To be honest it's hard to say if I could tell much difference in a blind test between it and the verified 3-MMC I've had. I was a talking machine though, and when I did 3-MMC a few times recently, I felt loved up and communicative, but on this supposed 4-MMC I could not stop talking, I kept saying that throughout the night because I was talking more than anyone else.
 
Isn't 3-MMC very caustic on the nose? My swedish friend (rip) told me so years ago
 
Probably. 4-MMC is pretty caustic too, I did snort a bit of it, and then ate the rest because it hurt and clogged me up. I blew out huge chunks of snot the next morning and it burned for a while, not the worst burn I've felt at all, but it felt unhealthy to be doing. I haven't tried snorting 3-MMC. Also for what it's worth, this supposed 4-MMC was in tiny crystal form, off-white/gray crystals, whereas the 3-MMC I've had was pure white and powderized, but of course 3-MMC could be sold in crystal form too, and a very slight impurity could produce a light gray color.
 
The festival I went to was amazing, my favorite out of all of the ones I've went to over 6 years of festival going.

First day I tripped on 2C-E, I can't believe how I always forget how insanely intense it is, even at 12mg. Luckily it was absolutely perfect and I saw some of the best performances of my life. 3-MeO-PCE is awesome in a festival setting, I wonder if I'd like 3-MeO-PCP even better.

Also finally used up all of the 4-MMC I had, I'm so bad with that stuff, I can keep the redosing to a minimum but anytime a good opportunity presents itself I can't resist, I'm no stranger to the talking machine phenomenon on it, me (and my friends lol) are very well aware of it. Luckily I returned with more drugs than I came with, some nice girls dumped it all with me before their flight, a couple of nitrous cartridges, half a gram of MDMA and a gram of ketamine yay me :)
 
Nice. %) Music festivals are my favorite. Personally, I like 3-MeO-PCE way more for a festival setting than 3-MeO-PCP (I like it better overall). 3-MeO-PCE is warm, empathogenic, somewhat psychedelic, and very serene. 3-MeO-PCP is edgy, mania-producing, and kind of an insanity-maker, or at least it can be. There was a time where I liked it better but it's a very deceptive drug. 3-MeO-PCE is good, wholesome stuff though.

I wish I had more 4-MMC but oh well, good thing I don't because I'm the same way. The craving will pass in a day or two.
 
Got great news from my scan results last week. My lumps are either totally gone or so small and unchanged as to be considered apparently disease free. Still won't ever know for sure if it's gone for good, we've been here before just to have it come back. But yeah, the only method to figure out if it's going to come back is just to wait and see, so no point in worrying about it this moment.

Looks like you guys are doing mostly alright at the moment as well, glad to see it.
 
So happy to hear that man. :) I suppose you'll always need to keep an eye on it but I'm hoping and praying it stays away. Fuck yeah, that made my day. :)

Last week was my birthday. I basically partied from Thursday to Sunday, with small breaks in between lol. Feeling wiped out but happy.

This week I don't even have much work to do, and then next week I'll be visiting a really close friend in Argentina for a couple of days. Excited about that too.

Had a pretty trippy weekend myself some 2cb+mxe friday, mxe saturday, and some 2c-b sunday. This thursday thinking of doing some 2c-b+mxe+4-aco-det. looking to go deep this time.

Been staying off the cannabis again lately just kept going though it too quick and spending too much. Probably will be better to use my pen as my primary method of consumption rather than my dabber since that tends to mess my tolerance up more.
 
Yesterday I took my cat in for her post-operation checkup (she got a cancer tumor removed). They had taken a biopsy of some swollen lymph nodes in her abdomen, and I was so worried the cancer had spread, but turns out there's no evidence of cancer anywhere anymore. :) The swollen lymph nodes are in all likelihood a result of her hyperthyroidism which is under control now. So it appears she's in the clear. :) My 15 year old girl recovered super fast and is really strong. <3
 
You know what occurred to me just now... I wonder why Shulgin nor anyone else has tried to investigate 2C-AL (allyl)? 2C-methyl, ethyl and propyl are all clear winners, fantastic substances, and as the carbon chain lengthens, at least among those 3, the potency actually increases. I am unaware of DOAL ever being synthed either. But with the tryptamines we've explored various allyl substitutions. It seems we have a 2C fairy bestowing custom synths upon us (2C-EF and now 2C-YN). I'm holding my breath for 2C-TFM, and 2C-AL.
 
Yeah there are tons of possibilities for LSD analogues, the 6-subs seem like winners. Unfortunate they're so hard to synth... but I don't think the same is true for 2C-Xs/DOXs. They seem pretty straightforward.
 
I'm pretty out of the psychedelic stuff. I tripped a few months ago on LSD but I feel like I'm done with them. I'm not that interested anymore. Maybe if they were available but I don't even check if they are. I miss dissos but after the psychosis I haven't really been even looking. And there is only ketamine available anyway and it is pretty boring imo. I just drink and sometimes smoke. But I drink too much, I guess it's like opiates/benzos for me. Maybe I should get completely sober or start using hallucinogens instead of alcohol.
 
In my experience, sometimes it takes breaking through to a new phase of life o get something from psychedelics again. I find that whenever my life is exciting and evolving, tripping is very rewarding. Sobriety is its own trip, too. The best thing you can do for yourself is identify what you love and feel passionate about, and then do that with everything you've got. If you keep open and look for opportunities you can make a career out of pretty much anything, and even if you don't, at least you spent your time doing something awesome.

I'm sorry about the psychosis, don't know if I ever said that. I've never been there myself, and I can understand being really cautious, in fact you definitely should be.

Any time I feel dissatisfied with life, I try to see it as a sign that I need to search for some kind of positive change.

Thanks, the psychosis is definitely something that separates me from most of people. It's something you can't really describe. And it changes you for sure. But I feel mostly myself nowadays, maybe I would be in the same situation without it but it is a big part of my life and I think I will remember it for the rest of my life. It is really a lot different from tripping balls x9000. Like I can laugh at people who say they take 10 strip doses of LSD. That's babbys stuff.
