6:30 AM:
1 1/4g phenibut
1 1/2g kratom
500mg ashwagandha

6 1/2g kratom (throughout day)
a few hits of good bud once in a while
felt great all day and still "on"

Do you take phenibut regularly? 1250mg would make me sick for a day.

Every third day. Usual dose is 1g but took a little extra this AM.
I also do not consume it on an empty stomach. 3 or 4 saltines and a tall glass of water before it or kratom. I do eat a lot throughout the day, though; usually.
Just dropped benzos for a minute or two. This absolutely helped a great deal today.
Have some alp and gabapentin (and a slew of other shit... lol) if things run amok but do not expect it to. See what tomorrow brings, eh?

You know as a non stimulate user... it seems I have less control if I have some in hand. Gone dont GAF what, how good or how much... FUCKING ON! =D
The "downers" is what gets me.... I have to control them and do.

yeah i take multivitamin but most do not supply iron... if one needs iron as supplement one usually does not find it in muti-Vs. FWIW
Edit: Anytime I see trazadone i think good night....
 
Been smoking the amnesia and Durban Poison all afternoon. Also have had some beers. Been playing Xbox and watching Netflix. Also took a quick nap and then a quick walk to listen to a podcast.

Holiday was awesome and I'm going away again month end for another midweek (Monday to Friday). Can't wait... Still deciding what stock im gonna build up for that, will be another wilderness/holiday resort. More bush time so to speak lol
