Pete, I'm not saying this to start/continue an argument, but I find it strange that you're giving advice like this here, but on so many other threads, you are being told to stop fucking around with opiates. Like as if I'm the last few days you've experienced everything there is to during at 10 year heroin addiction.

Dr didn't really take it that seriously hence only giving me 4 cocodomals but he said it would probably get worse and on the same breath he's saying he can't up my dose. I've got 12 cocodomals left but just going to stop them and take as needed. I haven't any history of opioid abuse except from nearly every other drug so he isn't wanting me on addictive drugs and he's right why end up hooked on other drugs when bad enough with my valium

codeine withdrawals aren’t going to be too bad. Be uncomfortable for a few days and prob won’t sleep but nothing too major.
Need your head strong though, if you worrying about it and panicking you will talk yourself out of it

Yeah at least at this stage your withdrawals will be mild or may not even happen, and sometimes you can convince yourself you're rattling when you're not (or I can at least haha). Try not to let it worry you, at worst it'll be some aches and pains, maybe some insomnia (Valium may help you here) and the shits (loperimide, the cheap £ shop shit is exactly the same as immodium, but way cheaper).
Definitely made the right decision about switching to subs. It's a real fucking hassle having to go to the clinic/pharmacy every day, being piss tested and cross examined by key workers, perhaps being "advised" to start reducing your valium too!
There's a reason they call methadone liquid handcuffs, subbies are pretty much the same thing.

Thanks mate but I've done 8 cocodomals lol got 4 left for tomorrow. The diazepam mixes well with it and I NEVER abuse my vallie script get 42 yellows 5mg a week so 30mg takes away any bad feelings. Will have to try and stop but I've been saying that for the past 3 years.

I know what you mean mate my GP is against my valium script and only get my script weekly (was daily then twice a week) they have wanted me off valium for a long time in fact I lost my previous valium script because I was on a shitload and went in ranting about getting a higher dosage and he fucking took me off 15mg over a 4 week period. Got them back when seen a psych who gave me 30mg a day (pissed the GP off lol but fuck him). I'm just going to use up this week's tomorrow and wait it out don't need them having an excuse to stop my scripts completely. I do not feel 30mg anymore but do you ever get more raged up on them? There only yellows but I was on 10mg blues. When I moved back home got the 6x 5mg a day what is the difference? Do blues get absorbed faster with one pill (10mg) or 2 (5mg) pills? Think I'm on enough meds, sounds like he'll being on then off them subs I mean. I get my meds delivered but I take it if I got subutex it would be a daily thing or would I need to go to the chemist? Hate the bastards they were winging when I tried to but 2 bottles of dxm 150mg??? even solpadeine max is a fucking mission but I told my doc I was using dxm and he said its an opioid that drug users take. Off topic but is dxm highly regulated in UK?? I've managed in the past to get 2 big bottles and went to another chemist and got a little bottle. Fuck I love dxm as well

Nah I wouldn't say dxm is strictly regulated, really. If you're going into the same pharmacy every week.and buying it, then they may be t suspicious, but as long as you rotate pharmacies, you'd be alright.
In my experience, there is no difference between 2 5mg yellows and one 10mg blue, as long as they are both legit. If you're talking a legit 5mg yellow Vs a dodgy fake blue, the yellow could be twice as strong, or the blue could be 10x stronger, or even a dud.
As a rule, with proper pharmaceuticals, as long as you're ingesting the same dose the same way, the results should be the same.

I have heard of exceptions, such as in the USA a certain manufacturer of clonazepam (Teva I think) is apparently highly preferred amongst users. They stopped making them recently and their company value dropped overnight!

I find this very curious, that a product that is manufactured with such care as a big brand pharmaceutical companies pills, could possibly every have inconsistencies, but there you go...

I'd rather take the script yellows because I know what I'm getting. They stopped the blues and put me on yellows is this mainly for street value? Also heard about that TEVA thing and it doesn't seem that one brand should be stronger than another in the exception of time release pills which you can scratch off and use them Ir mainly opioid medication.

I also need some advice. I have taken 12 cocodomals (I know I'm a fucking idiot) but I have read online that 7> of paracetamol is considered toxic while 10g is an acute poisoning level. I have done 4gs in one not everyday but 3 days in a row for along time. Tonight I thought fuck it I want to rattle this shit out my system. I should know better but we all fuck up. I have taken 12 cocodomals before and lived to tell the tale. Not wanting to know what a silly cunt I've been but is 6g fatal? I also have taken them throughout a few hours time gap 4 at a time along with omprezole, 50mg diazepam, 1 7.5mg of zopiclone and mirtazapine? But I've a tolerance to all these drugs so the main worry is the 6g of paracetamol which isn't near the 7gs of toxicity. I have vitamin tablets would the help protect my liver? Any help would be appreciated thanks

Edit: also I asked my Dr to put me on the seroquel brand when I was on quetiapine but he said there too expensive and can only do named brands with antiepileptic drugs which I can only take as pregablin and gabapentin.

However god knows what damage I've done, and everyone is different, so the only responsible answer and the only way to guarantee you'll be ok is to get checked out by a doctor.
I can't remember the name of it, I think it's some amino acid you can buy at health food shops and apparently it reverses a paracetamol overdose but I can't remember the name.
Definitely seek medical attention if you start feeling unwell!

I'm feeling OK I've done 6g before and was OK buy I know the damage it's causing and should know better 8 had me feeling good so I took another 4 but then I wished I hadn't. I fucking hate even taking drugs nowadays. I won't be doing it again and I don't want the hospital passing on what drugs I'm taking and giving the doctor a chance to stop all my scripts.
