noob question, are those not leaves that should be trimmed off before curing?
i just find the high don’t last as long
but i could be misperceiving
i may buy one soon
This is called drying, not curing.Buds receive the best cure when the whole plant is hung.
Not at all. Trimming is already such a sticky process, when you add unnecessary water it causes the leaves to stick to your scissors, hands everything but where you intend it to be.It is much easier and quicker to trim while the plant is wet

To someone who doesn't use at all, I'm sure using once or twice a week is a big deal. To someone who uses everyday, using once or twice a week would be close to "sober" for them.Do you guys think a pretty good tolerance can build in someone who only uses once or twice a week? I thought it would never build up with that low level of consumption, like with alcohol I never have more than one drink in a day (but I have one every day) except once in a while when I have just one more drink, and that still manages to put me way over the edge. I use pretty low THC stuff once or twice a week but even with that fairly low amount, I seem to be building a fair tolerance. Not huge but moderate.
lol curing just refers to the preservation process which would include the drying process.
anyways...speaking of LD50.. has anyone seen the article claiming that a kid fatally overdosed from weed? I think it was in Colorado. It seemed a little presumptuous, stating only that they found cannabis in his system and that they had no other explanation for his behavior and death.
Of course, the LD50 is the lethal dose at which 50% of the subjects die, a small percentage could be more susceptible to the effects and die much earlier, but I would think it would be related to other very serious health concerns and/or pre-existing conditions.
I don't really see how it would be possible, although you may be getting a different blend of cannabinoids due to the extraction process and vaporization. It may be a different feeling/experience, but vaping THC or smoking THC is going to ultimately have the pharmacology. It will be interesting to see how all the different cannabinoids play a role as more information comes out, but the main psychoactive component, THC, will produce the same effects when inhaled regardless of how it is decarboxylated(vaping or smoked).
11 months isn't even that young tho. It's crazy that they even found cannabis in the system of a child who wasn't even a year old

We have had 2 month old medical marijuana patients successfully treated here in Colorado.
yeah thats my goal, but when you've got a stash that smells like gods vagina, its so fucking hard.I'm trying to avoid getting high every day, if for no other reason than to keep my tolerance from skyrocketing. It's so temping to get high every day though lol
you probably right maf.
it probably does last the same length of time as smoking.
perhaps the stoney couch lock that comes after smoking weed is more pronounced in comparison to vaping though.
that's likely why i may have found it to not last as long.. it misses that feeling.
