I can definitely see you being into programming Soli. I find programming to be an art form all its own, it's the art of expressing a logical flow to produce results, in ever-increasing layers of complexity. Seems like it would fit your mind well. I thought it was my passion for a while, it isn't, but I do really enjoy it and I'm really happy that I make my living as a programmer because it's work that uses my brain and is satisfying and fun.

My band's show went really well on Saturday. Now this evening we're setting up the studio to dedicate the next however many practices it takes to recording our 5-song EP. Pretty excited. :)

That will do, pig, that will do

So great that you are recording a 5 song EP n stuff, so cool!!
How psychedelicized is the band in general? I don't recall if the current drummer is the same as the gifted problematic one, but anyway did you eat 4-Aco-DMT together?

Thorns Have Roses says hi. :) He was asking me how Xork, swilow, and Peppersox were doing. Anyone know what Psox has been up to?

By the way cream gravy, I have no general interest in taxidermy and find there is a pretty big difference between preserving a quite small animal with something like formaldehyde / ethanol or by like reconstructing a body - furs etc. Which yeah is just creepy. It's a fine line to walk, like the bodies of conjoined twin babies on formalin (saw that stuff in the Amsterdam zoo exhibit once) yeah all that tends to be creepy. Körperwelt with plasticized bodies is somehow mostly incredibly interesting and not obscure (it has been a popular exhibit for years) or all that creepy.

I admit the naturally mummified owl at my dad's which I made a swing for is a bit morbid but was just a funny and bizarre idea to me - and not my collection. What I like to collect is just all curious natural remains including mushrooms and mostly just plant materials. I would also go for some empty honeycombs for example. There's plenty of that kind of stuff on display in the milk factory I stayed in France, just such things found around the premise, like dried out bats.
I actually saw a bat under a glass dome in a wanna be vintage shop recently, the hipster kind rather than the dusty antiquary kind, and it went for 120€. It was well preserved though. Trying to preserve an animal like that in such a way would be a step too far for me at least.

psox! how's that guy doing <3 was he in here? sorry to have lost contact

No I don't think he was in here, hasn't been for some time.

But hey TAC and THR!

The guy you're thinking about was in a different band I was in, he was the lead guitar and was really talented but one of the least functional people I've ever known. We did eat 4-AcO-DMT together, a few times actually. My band now is just 3 people, and it's really easy because we're great friends who are all stable. I'd say we're quite psychedelic indeed. I keep wanting to share some tracks but we haven't mixed anything down into files in quite a while because we've been practicing to get all our material ready, we had to rework everything when we lost our bass player. It's been a journey. I really wish there was some stuff I could post that's newer than 6 months old because it's evolved a lot. Soon...

Man I'm feeling so musically inspired today, and work is really slow so I was just playing piano for a long time. It would be cool if I could do a live feed of it or just record it even at home, I'd like to share with people. The only thing better than playing music is playing music for people. :)

Having an audience makes the flow so much more tunable; it's like everyone holding the space creates an entangled holographic matrix of play.

Wow... I can't believe I have actually gotten my hands on some 5-MeO-DMT. I think I am equal parts excited and apprehensive. :D

Wow, I just got done playing piano for a while and it was amazing. The best I've felt at playing in my life thus far I think, both in complexity of ideas and in technique. I was looking away for a while on purpose and it didn't even feel different. My ability fluctuates in long and short cycles I've noticed, and generally is a series of moments where it suddenly comes together more in a permanent/ingrained way, and then plateaus on that for a while, and within all those periods there are good days and bad days and they tend to smoothly evolve, such that I'll have increasingly good days for a few days and then it drops off. It feels like I just hit the next plateau, and had the peak of a run of good days at the same time. :)

This is an 'AI' model based interpretation of my sketch of a pump wearing a pump:

Yesterday and today I have worked a bit with Adobe Illustrator, it's pretty awesome for the cartoons although I probably like to get that raw look for some instances... Am starting to learn it but the biggest trouble I have is stopping a mode I entered... lol

Piano is gangsta

Pump.

What is the word for excessive repetition of a word causing it to lose meaning and suddenly become naught but a vocal utterance without definition?

Anyway, I have such a ridiculous cold atm. Liquid is freely flowing out of my face, sneezes of incredible tension and mindblowing release are cascading forth and a chest/lung situation of ticklish proportion has me regularly coughing in a manic sweat. I may as well not actually have nostrils. Eating is difficult because I have to mouth-breathe and makes me feel I am about to aspirate food. :\

Nice one, its a unique entity for sure :). . . I don't know that I'll ever be able to muster up the nerve to do it again- it is so intense!!- but I am glad that I eexplored it when I did.

And then you can do this 5MEODMT survey thing.
