I was wondering though, is a starting dose of 200 mg at all dangerous?
Certainly yes for some people, maybe yes maybe no for others.
Taking these high dosages just increase your tolerance, really. 150mgs should be enough, with maybe a 50mg redose later is the best bet, really.
200mg is not a dangerous dose of MDMA. In general for those without a tolerance it is simply not needed and could be too much and you may end up floored /unable to dance / very out of it etc but it's not a dangerous dose.
Hmm, maybe will dose 175-180, redose an hour and half later half like 90. Happy medium. Going to drink a glass of white grapefruit juice 6 hours prior and then an hour prior to dosing, 1,000 mg vitamin C. Half an hour before one TUMS. So I'm sure the grapefruit juice will potentiate it.
WGFJ does not inhibit CYP2D6 at any concentration you could ingest which is the main cytochrome responsible for MDMA metabolism. It does inhibit CYP3A4 -- which has a very minor minor role in MDMA metabolism.
The acid content of GFJ and the Ascorbic acid could actually cause you to excrete MDMA at a higher rate than normal (MDMA is a base -- acidic urine excretes bases faster).
Bottom line -- GFJ will not potentiate MDMA

Grapefruit juice supposedly allows MDMA to be absorbed more slowly, from what I understand.
I was mistaken, rolaids or tums help with prolonging the roll, and nausea. This is what rollsafe says, 1x Tums/Rolaids (Not for harm reduction, unlike other supplements. Increases stomach alkalinity which prolongs the roll).
