For sprout lovers - the veg not the mod :D I've not tried them but the recipe is next on my brussels list.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts
2 cloves Garlic
Condiments
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
Baking & spices
1/2 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp Salt
Oils & vinegars
3 tbsp Olive oil, extra virgin
Dairy
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Aye they do sound delectable. Having been a catered-to fussy wee shite as a child, I've only been eating sprouts for a couple of years but I do love them.

Those sprouts do look lovely I made crispy chicken with a spicy and sour source with onions. Tonight I'm doing - Roast duck, potatoes and a pumpkin mash.

Trying out some quick candy recipes for Easter.

This one seems popular, but I'd never tried til now...Pretzel Turtles. You place a Rolo candy on top of a pretzel twist, warm in 350 oven a minute or two. Then smash a pecan half on top. You get the sweet of chocolate and caramel, with the salty of the pretzel.

The roasted Brussel sprouts look YUM.

Its good friday here so today will have lots of Black Pudding, Steak and sausages. Its the one day a year i am guaranteed NOT to eat seafood. I dont even really like black pudding but its a given that i will be eating some today. Lucky i will be drunk..

This is only somewhat true, this week I have some ingredients that need using up before I go home for easter, and pancakes are the easiest and most delicious way to do that. And also because pancakes are delicious and super easy to make, I do tend to eat a fair batch of them, but still, apart from scotch pancakes, which I would count as a regular breafast food instead of pancake day grade pancakes, I really don't eat that many pancakes. Maybe I should make more, come to think of it...
