no, it is not! I'm trying to eat some broccoli in cheese sauce ( keeping the thread on point )

I'm on thiamine, b vitamin, Co-amoxiclav ( after my treatment of Amoxicillan. ) and nystatin.

That's on top of two other things and the ear spray. GROSS!

Thats quite a combo. Vitamins, anti biotics and anti fungals. You should probably take some pro biotics to help restore the good bacteria to your gut. All those tablets would be hammering them.

Yakult is probably the most well known one. I drink one every day. If i had just had antibiotics i would probably look for capsules. The ones i have in my fridge are called Inner Health Plus. Not sure if thats an Australia only brand though. You should definitely be able to buy yakult though.
 
Ramen again, with even longer boiling on the broth. It was goooooood.

We went out for a meal last night to one of the local Hotels - they were doing a Seafood night.

Starters of a few mixed salads and the usual suspects tuna/salmon sashimi, smoked salmon, prawns, sushi etc. Then we had a couple of lobsters and I had a grilled grouper with garlic and chili, finished with cheeses.

Today I made a pepper, garlic Frittata served with toast and chili beans :)
 
Fried eggs, cabbage and tomato sandwich made in a fried chapatti - artery clogging stuff but so tasty
 
Last night I made spaghetti with a sauce of garlic, caper, chili and then a load of fresh cherry tomatoes - once they had turned to a sauce I stirred through some basil pesto.

Just had the leftovers with a can of tuna on top.
 
Was a curry night last night - Made a broccoli curry with a side of spicy cabbage with ginger and mustard seeds. Thankfully I have a load left so that will either become my lunch or save me cooking dinner tonight.
 
The cabbage side was tastier than our curry, we actually ended up eating that before the curry was even on our plates :D

Lunch today was Japanese rice, tuna and a tomato, cucumber, garlic and chili salad

Tasted nicer than it looks
