The EADD I'm Fucked Thread V. Noxious vapours and fanny batter

There was an anesthetist at South Tyneside General yearsyears ago who came accross the great idea of drawing up say 5ml of ketamine. Remifentanyl, propofol, morphine or whatever. Giving the patient 2ml though their cannnula and putting the rest in his pocket. He was discovered and sacked and apparently when they opened his locker it was overflowing with the shit.

Such a practice is actually very, very common and consistent all across the globe.
Who is gonna be viewed as correct: the registered professional or the random patient complaining of pain with a dose on their chart which would be more than sufficient. They're just another junkie scumbag lying to get free drugs at the expense of the NHS....

Disgraceful conduct but that level of ease and temptation would test the moral resolve of many, I imagine.

remifentanyl, that sucks. Sufentanyl is where it's at, shit smacks you up hardcore. remember it from my latest op where the usual shit wasn't doing the trick cos of gram a day oxy tolerance (they were saying they'd had worse to be nice, but I'm almost positive they hasn't), heard him say get me the sufenta.

Surgery now terrifies me no end after my dalliance with Lady Fentanyl.
My doses would equate to a very similar amount as yours and the notion of such requiring Sufentanyl is... worrying.
 
Last time i was in hospital, for burn injuries, i was refused any more than 60mg of codeine in any one dose because 'i could overdose'. :\ Just as well I'm generally reserved and polite my nature especially when I'm in the care of those people, otherwise I wouldnt have been able to resist a derisory "TSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS." :sus:

I was later offered Oramorph instead but was told that i would not be allowed to go home that day if i did, or not even to go out for a smoke. 8) I wouldn't have minded trying Oramorph, but not under those terms. The same conditions were imposed if i was to take them up on their offer of 2mg of diazepam. Again I declined, having already smuggled in my own Etiz. I swear the nurse did not listen or understand what i was telling her about my benzo dose. Which at that time was 10mg of etiz (equivalent to 120mg of diazepam).:\

I find oxy quite stimulating but i really didn't take that much of it. I normally take 40mg IR + if i want a buzz. Valium i normally go 30mg so its more a background buzz. The coke is certainly working :)

Coke is ridiculously expensive here. This stuff was $400 a gram and is 80 - 85% pure. I can get cheaper but its more heavily cut. I prefer to pay for quality.
 
If Cocaine countered Opioids to inactivity, the speedball wouldn't have much use, would it? ;)

After several weeks of allergy and contraindication testing I have dosed 50mg orally (25mg/ml solution) of Methamnetamine as an addition to my 3-FPM.
20 minutes in and there's that familiar warmth in my abdomen that I associate with SE.

The only thing that detracts from the joke is that Methamnetamine is nowhere near as vendorfied a name as it seems. It actually follows the naming system of its structural relatives to a much larger degree than most. A la Alpha-Methylphenethylamine.
The "N" denotes napthyl moiety and would fuck up any ability to pronounce its name if strict rules were adhered to.

Admittedly I hate the term and we should be using Methylnapthylpropanamine (MNPA) or one of the nigh on identical nomenclature based names. Unfortunately the true name doesn't seem to be used and I didn't wish for its identity to be unknown within my post.

Update: pure SRA, appreciable potential if care is taken not to emulate myself by combining its peak with a stimulant comedown.
Empathy and emotional openness are great when they don't have you sobbing like a bitch because your DA system has been fucked like a common whore.

I want my 5-meo-dmt, 4-HO-MET, 3fpM and vast assorted benzo's to get here now....! :\

I need a couple of weeks off of LSD. I think I'm going to throw some 4-Ho for good measure and then hit some 5meodmt at the Peak... =D
