Plugging Heroin (especially fully liberated a la #4/properly salted #3) is as close to IV as you'll get without attaching a spike.
The BA is obscenely high, the absorption is rapid (unless you're constipated) and the duration is enviable.

It's very difficult to guesstimate dose differences though, so maybe use a 1/3 dose as a tester before jumping upward, you should be pleasantly surprised by the difference compared to snorting and chasing.

Been away for 6 weeks-in hospital-my breakdown came with the pressure of christmas and no gear to ease that particular stress-i am currently prescribed 400mg morphine a day(talking of which,what is the going rate for that stuff these days?
Have spent hours reading every post in this thread that I have missed
some very interesting posts.
Julie-you have to be honest with yourself;if you want off gear you will have to be brutal

400mg of morphine is quite a lot kat. Does that not alleviate all your WDs? Depending on the ROA, 400mg should be plenty. What form is the morphine? MST, MXL, Zomorph, Oramorph?
