Ugh the bank have sent a voice mail to call them. They said nothing to come about but hey, this is the bank - I'm anxious!!!! Furthermore they called me "Evey" instead of my real name which only a few here know.
I rang back n it is the bank but the said they'll E-mail n the E-mail they have doesn't work n why are they calling me Evey?????

be careful it's not a phishing scam Evey. They call people and tell them their account is insecure and instruct them to transfer the funds to a "secure account" (yeah right) or to meet up with an "undercover police officer" who will "take care of everything."
They target the elderly and the vulnerable and rob them blind.
I'd be extremely suspicious if i was you. The fact that they are using your online name and not your real name is a dead give away IMO. FWD the email onto me if you want, without meaning to sound arrogant I can easily tell a genuine bank email from a scam one.

In other gibberings news i had a huge to do list of really useful things to get done today. I didnt wake up until 1pm which has meant i didnt have enough business hours to do any of the tasks, except the first one. So fucking annoying. I wont be able to sleep until about 5am tonight now. If i take extra benzos to try to compensate i may get to sleep a little earlier but it will be far more difficult to get up early in the morning
I wonder whether I'll have the discipline to get up at 8 on my day off tomorrow, i cant usually do things like that unless i absolutely have to get up to be ontime for work etc. Getting up early on my days off is unheard of, but I'll have to, as i have to get up at 6.30 am on Saturday for work. So its either have 1 or 2 hours sleep tonight before my day off, or possibly even less (as i will be worrying about work) if i leave in until saturday. Fucking stimulants and benzos dont mix at all well with having to always be ontime for work. Ive mostly put this to my advantage and reduced my benzos massively to make it possible to get up when the alarm goes off, but i still havent managed to avoid allowing the occasional stimulant session to creep in.

They know my surname n location but I never use the name "Evey" on any official paperwork. I use my real name which only a few on here know. I've checked my account n it seems ok. The number is an 0345 number. Maybe they've realised how much I owe n are going to tell me to pay it all back or scold me. Shit. I can't pay back £8 grand!!!!!!!!

Anyone can pretend to be working for a bank. Did you have to go through one of those phone menus; "press 1 for this", "press 2 for that"? If not it is definitely a scam.
