^ Nicotine for sure. Have really underestimated its addicting power.
^ Been smoking far too much (1 pk daily) as opposed to my usual, rare social smoke. A lot of stress, depression, and life-changes lately, I'm sure that's contributing.
^ I'm exploring other ways to have my nicotine intake other than smoking.
I'm getting used to 'Snus' in patches.
It breaks the habit and it's made of nicotine only (without all the bad chemicals).
