Gibberings episode 0x000000c5 -- Play nicely or you're out!

The only thing is they just gave me a normal stud, was hoping to have a nice pink one. I'm sure Kate said she had a purple stud when she had hers done? Anyone know where I can get decent qualify pink stud from? From when the four weeks is up of course.

Evey

More like 3 months Evey before you can change it. Read up on it please and do look after it as it's an area easily open to infection.

It's a pain in the nose to look after btw :\ However, it'll close up real quick if you don't like it and take the stud out.

I've still not changed mine and I got it in Feb. I did buy a tiny hand crafted silver leaf screw (is it a screw they've put in?) but not had the want or occasion to wear it yet.

I researched placement and made plans to have the purple stud Evey, not something I did on impulse :| Don't go piercing on impulse m'lady ok :p x

Afternoon Eadd. I'm lagging behind on the bread discussion - but agree, breadmakers are shite, hands all the way :)

Aye nose piercings are a bugger, I let mine heal up in the end cos it kept getting knocked or swelling up or whatever. Piercings in general are effort tbh, I got a scaffold done a few years ago and it took well over a year to heal properly because of location and has gone a bit swollen and hurty again after I knocked it the other day so am cleaning it a couple times a day and getting all gross salt water in my hair and whatnot. I do like me piercings but the limiting factor with those and tattoos now is 'can I be arsed?'

Lovely lazy day today cos she's been hungover to buggery, got the house to myself this evening so think it's a spliff, bath, and Netflix job cos I'm up at 5am. Have a good un people <3

5am 8o Wow, that's hardcore missus. Have a relaxing one indeed <3

I've done it now :) i like this impulsive side to me instead of procrastinating over stuff.

If it goes wrong hayho life's too short :)

Edit: tattoo soon :)

Evey

Impulsive is fair enough but not if your nose falls off or you end up with an awful scab / scar on your face eh? :\ There's some things that are ok to procrastinate over, some not...

Life may be short but most body modification is for keeps to the end :p

Anyhoo - tell us about your festival, that sounds really interesting %)

My Mrs had a nose piercing briefly - she gave up on it after a short time because it kept getting in the way when we were snogging and I was worried about ripping it out. It's a good job I didn't have one as well - we could have ended up locked together permanently..

Lol im ugly anyway so who cares ;) if it falls off i wont have to worry about it running then lol

Chill out people <3

Evey

Terrible attitude missus. I'm so upset with you I'm going in the huff with you and will have a temper tantrum :p

Just look after it and YOU eh x

Mine makes excellent jam, true story ;)

I've read about that - so it actually works!? The hole in the bottom of the loaf and lack of flexibility in size (ooh err missus) is what makes me anti-bread-maker. That and we don't eat a lot of bread, so hand made works out fine.

I'm entertaining tomorrow so the whole Denby dinning set will be out :D At the moment I'm avoiding the "guest level" housework..

How's you <3<3<3

mine actually has a program on it specifically for the making of jam, we collect blackberries every year mainly for the making of blackberry and apple jam. We usually keep some for xmas gifts.

I've been procuring and constructing flat pack furniture since Friday, big make over for my daughters room now she's 12 and spends more and more time in there as she cultivates teenage angst :D

Just a set of drawers and a bedside table to go, then I shall need hospital treatment :sus:

I'll be expecting a jar northwards this year then ;)

Oh boy / eh girl...I'm glad I didn't have girls, can just but imagine the dramaz! <3 It took me 5 coats of "chill" paint to see off a teen boy goth bedroom wall here when we moved back in :\ I still see the knocks and bumps everywhere of their teen-life 8)

You'll be No:1 dad after the makeover mister x

for focaccia i use a lot of olive oil in the dough, and use regular plain flour, and finely chopped fresh rosemary mixed through it. For this loaf I used a mix of strong white flour, plain white flour, and rye flour, in roughly 40/40/20 proportions. one sachet of instant dried yeast, teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of unrefined light brown sugar, and a lot of kneading.

you need to include the strong flour in bread like this as it has more gluten and makes for longer lasting, better rising, crustier bread.

For quantities, I jsut do it by eye ~(I used to bake bread every other day so threw the recipe book otu the window a long time ago :P

I might try and get a sourdough culture going again, that makes for some really nice almost savoury bread, you can add stuff like carroway seeds aswell which makes it perfect for sandwhiches with waxy cheese and pickles and whatnot.

baking is good for the soul thats for sure.

edit> heres the focaccia recipe I use quite often

Thanks Ceres - I normally only have AP floor in, I might get some of the bread floor and try and make some other loaves.

I'm running around trying to clean this place a bit. Just recycle, maybe change the sheets. Create cleared surfaces from the previous. generously referred to as a 'coffee table'. No matter whether your table is a 17th Apothecary bench, or Ikea. You've clarried your coffee table in gank and cans of cheap lager, 3leets. Bucky Bottled and some disgusting ejit's can of Bo or Fro :!/

I've been in quite a rebalanced capacity this last week or so. I was supposed to be tidy by now and all I've done is tried to build great wonders. I have a Bob Marely flag push on LED lights. I cannae wait to see her face. :D

Sleep may be the enemy, buy so's another line.

Could you send him over to do some housework for my dinner party tomorrow please?

I've just realised that "Borderline" by Madonna is probably a song about a mental health condition.

Thanks, Absolute 80s. :D
