maybe it's just because stimulants cause the blood vessels to dilate, which increases blood flow to those special areas. Therefore making them more sensitive to the lightest touch, softest kiss, slightest stimulation feels awesomely more intense than normal. Just a thought

The truth is that getting head on metamphetamine is more pleasurable in intensity then getting head sober and the duration can be extended for up to 12 hours.

Cant say about meth but its preety much the same with heroin/opiates.
