I'm not exactly sure how your body handles this. I know with weed you can take a few weeks off and be back at a clean slate, but does the same concept work with benzos? I mostly take Klonopin.
I don't take it daily, I normally save it for the weekend and take 4-6mg to get a good "high" going. I usually do this whenever I'm with friends so it would be safe to assume that I'm on anywhere from 6-12mg of Klonopin in a 48 hour period, 12 at maximum in my experience. The weekend I'm usually clean unless I have a particularly stressful day and every so often I put it away for a week or two and forget I even have them.
Point is, at what point does a tolerance/addiction develop and is it permanent? Can you lower your tolerance? I hear cold turkey is hellish with benzos but like I said I've taken time off with no withdrawal symptoms so I know I'm not addicted.
