Well guys i finally did it, my first pin! i was shitting my pants shaking like a leaf. I had to put the needle down a few times and do some wooooosaaahhhh type breathing exercises to calm me down. I was hoping to make this thread my official cycle thread for progress updates and questions throughout my cycle. i feel so relieved sitting here with this heating pad on my ass, just hope the pip isnt too bad, hope i can hit legs tomm.

Anyways i have a question already! just wondering if i leave the vial how it is. i Popped the top off and now the rubber is exposed. Do i just leave it exposed like that? Cap doesnt seem to go back on.

I have my AI, PCT and all supps already, im ready to make this cycle my bitch. Been getting five meals a day for the past 2 or 3 months i was thinking of keeping it there the first month of cycle and then adding a meal on every month so i should be at 7 meals by my third month. Im already getting 3000-3500 cals in 5 meals. Im very active. Im going for as much weight gain as possible but eating very clean as i always do.

My stats are
age-25
height- 5'11
weight- 175
body fat-10%-11%

i also lift bodybuilding style. Lots of high volume and keep my reps above 6. Lots of drop sets and super sets. I'm looking to gain a solid 20 lbs and at least keep 12-15 post pct.

Thanks alot guys i hope to get the most out of this cycle with the help of everyone...

Leave the flip top off. Just swab your stopper with alcohol pad before drawing. Welcome to the pin life! I shook like a leaf too holding that monster of a needle but now it's cake. Give it a month or so and you'll condition your mind out of it. Eat a bit more above maintenence, rest well, and push yourself. Keep us updated!

I think you will gain more than 30lbs easily...

Zero I thought you were used to needles already lol
Sticking veins and IVing 0.2ml is a lot less intimidating and goes a lot quicker than 1ml of oil IM lol. Plus pinning glutes is just awkward for me. Still is awkward but I got it down now. Waiting on peptides to land and back to super pin cushion. 1x im for my aas, and 3x subq for peptides daily. Fun stuff!
Ps. You gotta pin to win!

you use an insulin pin?
For my oil based gear, no. 3ml luer lock syringes. For peptides I use insulin pin.
There's a source on another forum I'm on who's gear even flows through a slin pin. Can't wait to try it! And iv isn't so bad. Hurts less than any other injection especially using small gauge needles. I'm just grateful nothing in bbing is iv'd. I'd be sad

Thanks man, i gotta pin tomm morning and my right ass cheek is killing me! Hopefully it heals before the left gets too sore, then ill have roll up to the gym in a wheelchair.

Yeah first few pins hurt my ass decently. Now I pin quads four times a week and glutes the rest no issue. The less shaking you do (comes with experience) and less moving of the needle and less pip. Heating pad, foam roll if it's not too sore (I use a bread rolling pin on my quads a few times a week) and if you got a girl who's willing like mine is, have them deep tissue massage knots. Hurts sooo goood

damn, the second time around didnt go as well. Im alot less coordinated with my left hand so pinning on the left glute is definitely challenging. first of all i noticed the leur lock tip doesnt really lock all the way in. i was trying to twist it all the way on there and broke the plastic base. 1ml wasted. So i re did the process with a new needle and same thing so i left it like that but when i push or draw in oil it doesnt seem to leak through there. The only thing i noticed was when drawing oil through the needle it seems there is a shit ton of bubbles drawing through the needle like tiny pressurized bubbles. I am drawing with a 23 gauge so that might be the issue, i just couldnt tell if the air was coming through the plastic base since it doesnt seem to be on all the way. But i dont see any oil leakage through there.

It doesn't screw all the way in. I made the mistake of tightening the needle too tight and almost broke it when trying to change to pinning needle. Just make sure it screws on evenly and level. Should prevent any air leaks.

your wisdom is greatly appreciated my friend

I hope you didn't waste any oil, and drew the old oil out of the broken unit with a new syringe and needle..!!

Bubbles can occasionally occur if your needle isn't fully into the oil, bubbles shouldn't get in where the needle couples to the syringe.. it should be finger tight no more..!!

If you do get bubbles in the syringe, turn the needle, pointing up, and flick the syringe with your finger a few times until they disappear...

Try pinning glutes in front of a tall mirror, if pinning left, take right hand behind your back, and with 2 fingers support the syringe in your left hand.. I find this easier..!!

Teething troubles, you'll get used to it..!!

Yea i did waste oil,, i know! i just didnt want to mess around with it so i figured i'd start over. I have extra vials though so running out wont be an issue.

And im going to try that technique out next time, thanks alot!

What brand needles are you guys using I use turemo free of charge from my local exchange

Same brand, the 3ml ones. I draw with 23g and inject with 25g. Its a pain to draw with that size i think thats why i get so many bubbles in it. I put a ml of air in the vial before drawing but its still a bitch. I have to draw back 5 or 6 times because it keeps sucking the oil back into the vial.

Really preferred 18g for drawing... sometimes for pinning! Considerably faster. Z track method can be helpful with larger needles to prevent seepage.

Good call swapping needles after drawing and also tossing the broken syringe. Attention to sterile technique while minimizing air bubbles is simply prudent.

Here's a pic of damage caused by reusing needles (multiple insertions). I'm sure it's commonly referenced, but good info for others new to injection... especially if they're dosing more than one compound, drawing from multiple vials, for one shot:

^^^ that picture was meant to show iv drug users what happens when they reuse insulin syringes. Though the point is still valid.
Also in use terumo. 3ml. 21g to draw and 25/23 to inject.
