The porn has ended up being very easy to drop. Im very happy:D i did not have an addiction to that stuff as it would have been hard to deal with given there is an endless free supply.

Rolling along smooth on the other stuff. picked the old cliche quit date for tobacco, Jan 1 im done.

edit: as for me, got a hold of a couple more subs, been taking 3 mg a day. I think its time to bite the bullet and taper down now. Going to try to take 2.5 tomorrow and 2 sunday.

I didnt relapse. "As of today" means what it sounds like-on this day, i have three weeks clean... The last dope i did was on a Saturday three weeks ago, so as of today, i have three weeks clean
