I keep getting to day 4/5 and slipping. Dust myself down and start again.

I did start typing "yeah im doing great, blah blah bollocks", stupid that i feel the need to deny the truth on here. Automatic reaction i guess from that question in real life..

Misty, you're doing well.. just keep trying to extend that to 6/7 days and you'll be heading in the right direction.

I don't have much tolerance so that should fit in the backpack. Same goes for dignity. Worries and fears would put me waaaaay over the weight limit though, so they're staying here.

Hope you get some decent weather swampy d, I love sitting by the canals in the RLD just watching people. Saw a man in a full Real Madrid kit try and visit one of the women once :D

And I'm here, as much as I ever am now. Bombed quite a bit of meph and feel absolutely fucked. Spent about 2 hours putting up my posters at last and organising my room.

I mean i am completely sober and about to retire to bed after finishing my studying. I am a responsible adult now after all.

Aye, cheers! Well I've not managed decent weather there yet, so there's always a first time.. as long as I get one day to trip in the park, I'll be a happy bunny.

Had a rough day yesterday, not only did i have a hangover, i found out that most of the blokes (all more than likely) know about my problems... Not an ideal label when you're self employed and its a fairly small circuit you're on. Those worries spilled over into today and was used as the justification..

Its probably being fairly clear ive taken drugs at work for them as ive turned up in some states when i split with my partner but they had it confirmed and what substance by a gossip from outside... just hope it doesnt effect my finding work.. even cleaning up, mud sticks an all that..

Ffs I need to get a diary and start writing in there and not on here..
 
you could also write it online somewhere (to share or not)

dont worry about what others think of you right now. concentrate on getting your shit together. you can pull through and be stronger than before. but dont use these obstacles as excuses to go back to your demons eh.

think of the good things in life :) when are you seeing your kids? you always seem happiest with them
