I feel you on the postman troubles. I had something that was meant to turn up on Wednesday (next day signed for) that only arrived today. Annoying because we don't have a bell so I've had to get up for no reason each day and sit listening like a hawk. Strange that it turned up along with 3 other things I was waiting for for almost a week as well. Maybe Mr postie couldn't be bothered the last couple of days so just saved it all up in his bedroom or something.

Speaking of them feeling valued, I'm sure they don't, but it could be worse. My dad used to deliver people's papers as a hobby (what the fuck kind of hobby involves getting up at the crack of dawn, he is clearly insane. But yes...) and got over £1000 in tips at Christmas time as well as chocolates, spirits, champagne etc. So I guess some delivery people are appreciated.

haha, well if you put it like that, then it doesnt look like a bad hobby to have, now does it.
fuck, havent done any actual work done today. procrastination ftw.

Halloween? Wow I really have been taking too many drugs, I've lost a couple of weeks there.

And nah, kingme, I don't think all the hard work was worth a grand really. It is pretty tiring, I used to help with it sometimes (child labour ftw). Plus he's already er... shall we say fine for money so it's just weird.

@summer - i know what you mean about your dad. must be something about the aging male. my dad was also ok with money but that didnt stop him from waking up at 5am and working in some patch of land somewhere in the countryside to grow vegetables or whatnot. it would cost him more to drive up there and back than any potential yeald, but he d still do it and say its all for us :p

i wonder if the postmen can smell the drugs they carry. certainly it was the case with meph... smelling like fishermen at the end of the day

All men are a mystery tbh ;)

I bet most of the postmen are well aware of what they've got. In terms of smelling stuff I could smell my meph through the jiffy bag and the case and the baggy today so someone else must have noticed too. Oh well though, as long as it turns up it's all good.
