Gibberings CLXXVIII - Too skanky for your tastes?

p.s edit-Allein don't watch shite tv stick 'glue' on it's available on 4od I think..

I've got those all recording but I like shite TC for the early hours, I only got up an hour ago and I'm planning on settling down here and trying to get a bit more rest before I have to get up and go to work, shite TV tends to help me sleep, decent TV would keep me awake.

I can see the edits as well BTW :sus:

Radio 4, or world service now, was my love when I had insomnia. Such amazing journalism and effort is put into that radio. Such interesting documentaries. Its a bonus if you fall asleep to it, as I would usually end up dreaming about the feature I was listening to. Sandal makers in India the lot.

When I had insomnia, three-four days without sleep was pretty standard. No drugs either. It does drive you loopy, I couldn't see it, but friends and colleagues did. One of the reasons I ended up addicted to blues.

Night all :)

Do you mean posts?

I edit my posts like hell or they'd be unreadable. I have habit of mispelling stuff, excluding stuff n it's difficult to proof read it in editor so I just post n constantly edit until it's how i want it - try to before the five minute thing as i think posts look ugly with "edited" at bottom.

Once my laminate flooring is back down n i can have table back up, will use laptop n wont need to edit the damn thing so much.

morning!

fine friday today.
awesome day to go to work. again. every single damn day

got it all planned bro.
not a proper holiday, just a deadline that needs to be respected. and then, the 5 day weekend will start. abuse will happen. nights will be lost. cock will be sore

Havent been to sleep yet, there's no point sleeping now. Once the sun comes up. Ill have a cup of tea be fine. I was probably only gonna have a few beers with a mate which Ill still probably do. So all good. Plus Ive been listening to tunes constantly for 12 hours.

bah im destroyed if i dont get any shut eye. even a couple of hours is enough to put me right back up.
even while coming down, if i get in that weird state where you cant actually call yourself asleep, more like semicomatose, or self induced paralysis so as to lie to your own brain you re actually sleeping, i will still be fine.
not too many days in a row though.

did you know skipping a nights sleep will have repercussions for the dayS to come? as in, you perform worse at mental tasks for a couple of days? even if you get a good nights sleep...

Morning all :)

I managed at least another 2 hrs sleep, fresh as..well something that's not totally stale anyway.

Its Friday though, I can only live in hope that Dan does the honours :)

I can imagine, but it pisses me off when professionals, yeah I know they are professionals (working for bed companies probably) that say you need at least 8 hours a night minimum to function properly. It is so fucking subjective person to person. I don't even think I have had 8 hours of solid sleep, without drugs or booze.

there is no honour in Friday. or at least, there shouldnt be any ;)

@house - nah man, the real professionals know it isnt a fixed number, but commercials will say anything eh. the actual number is something highly dependent on person and they have means of measuring it, but usually its something more like 9h for younger people (children), and about 6 when you re a bit older. it s highly dependant on your functionality during the following days and accumulation of tiredness

just gonna leave this here
